Pressure is so obscure Seijin because another Pressure reappear in Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: The movie but in much brighter color, the reddish orange color with face of suit actor is visible but without his iconic weapon, the magic stick like this Pressure does.

So Leo is the first Ultraman who receive the Ultra Mantle from Ultraman King. Later on in Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: The movie, We see almost all the showa Ultramen has the Ultra mantle, including Ultra Father and Mother. It is stated here that Ultraman King process strange powers. So it is fitting he is introduced in this episode to fight against the demon wizard Pressure Seijin.

They didn't need the help of some convenient Deus ex Machina or some sort of power up item, such as a silly thing like a cloak that turns into an umbrella! The newer Ultras should mirror on his example, as Leo didn't need such laughable things!😜
By the way, what the alien wanted to do? It was only attacking randomly as if playing pranks. Even though it was extremely powerful. And another type of enemy the Ultras have difficulty to fight: the comedic-looking type.
And here we have the biggest Deus ex Machina of the Ultra Series, Ultraman King, who appears when the Ultras themselves can't resolve their battles... Well, the Ultra Series were all about a Deus ex Machina saving the Earth when the humans can't do it by themselves, so there is nothing wrong...
