Colin Powell is a great leader that not only led military troops but was also Secretary of State for the US. He is a leader of Men and a leader of People... Exceptional skills and has the ability to have followers that respect him. He is not afraid of challenges or goal seekers. He is a Winner!!!

He said that a leader can't be afraid to hire or fire individuals that's not doing their job and motivating the employees that are doing their job. In reality, if one wants to be "in charge" of others, one needs to be "in charge" of oneself by being a mistress or master of oneself first. It is also about knowing how to know, not merely to know.
