I need 2019 duke 390 review. I m gng to buy. If not possible. Just replay with merit and demerit or any upadate on 2019 duke 390. I m waiting for that.
I started watching the video and i noticed the speedo isn't working, i thought maybe it's an issue, but a brand new bike and speedo malfunctioning. And then it hit me, the dealer has removed the speedo wire from the wheel hub so that the bike doesn't register the kilometers covered by youtubers which get them free publicity or by people who come to do a test drive. And then later on he will sell the bike to a poor soul claiming the bike has only been driven for a few kms and no one has driven the bike rashly. And that person would follow the running in period and what not. Correct me if i am wrong though

Getting a new bike thinking it's brand new, doing run in for 2000 kms and never knowing that people have ridden it extensively, done top speed runs, acceleration tests and what not. Next time i am getting a bike i will insist on getting a bike which they offload from the truck in front of me.
Hi Yashasvi, Its a test ride bike and its waiting for its registration. Ideally the bike shouldnt run beyond 15kms before registration. Hence disconnected. I have confirmed this before my test ride :) In case if you have a doubt, you can see the same domi registered with a number plate for test rides in a week time in the same showroom :) I personally has aborted few test rides when ever any showroom has offered me brand new bikes for customers. I also own and maintain a bike like my own kid. I wont do it :)

Dear Strell, I see lot of people complaining about wind blast. The rear brakes are not working as expected in dual channel ABS. This thing i personally found during my test drive. Also, short riders may feel slight discomfort. Verdict : It's a rough and tough bike, ideally suitable for cruising, and can compete with any bike in that segment.

That's not elastic band, that is a standard tape put on emblems of any new products in order to prevent damages due to rough logistical handling before delivery.
Usually people say u shouldn't go beyond 80-100 on your new bike till your 1st service, but as bike companies r progressing there aren't much problem if u go beyond 80-100 before your 1st service... Wanted to know professional rider thought's regarding this issue. P.s Great video and recently I have booked this bike 🙈
Its always better to complete a run in period by upgrading the rpms gradually. For me, I dont have a choice of doing that on a test bike, which I will be getting to ride for 50kms :)
Dominar is much more badass than Duke 390, in my head it's like that Hooligan who has become calm over the years, grown bigger, but if you open it up...YOU know what a hooligan he really is. Duke 390, even with all that power and so less weight feels like it needs to prove itself. It has anger management (heating) issues, it's short tempered (frantic power delivery) and it doesn't really behave (doesn't go slow).

It never meant to be Duke 390. Why would you want that unstable power surge in a cruiser? Duke 390 is for short fun only and Dominar for fun in long cruise.
I ride a Pulsar 220 2016 and I am facing serious vibs problem on that bike, although I've changed all the fairings and parts that vibrate and although they've curbed down the vibs exponentially I still feel the lack of power and refinement on that bike. So what would you suggest me should I just go and buy a Dominar or a Duke 390, or should I wait a year or so to invest some more money and get like something even powerful. I am not looking forward to commuting on that bike, I'll still keep the 220 around for city commutes (as I've spent a lot on that bike and I know I ain't gonna get a justifiable price ).........btw love your videos and the way you review a motorcycle.....

Hey Sean, 120kmph is a comfortable speed as per the dominar engine. To make the ride a little more comfortable, you can use extra padded seats, better handle bar grips. We get Indian made visors here. I am not sure whether you will get that there. Anyway it's generally 30cm tall. Which is perfect for tall riders too.

Because it is a fi engine we should maintain 3l of petrol. How can we know there is 3l of petrol in tank. I mean how many bars will show in fuel gauge
