9:01 in Saudi, for the first 20 days, we do Taraweeh 11 Rakat, and then you can continue by yourself at home if you wanted.
But for the last 10 days we do Taraweeh 8 Rakat, then after 4 hours from Taraweeh we do Qiyam(Tahajjud), which is another 11 Rakat

If you are going to AlHaram, take your prayer mat with you, cuz you might not find a place to pray, also go super early if you wanted to pray inside. There are apps that would guide you through the Masjid. Also do Sa'i in the second or third floor its way less crowded. May Allah accept your Umrah and all muslims.

If Saudi ease their residency requirements, and make easy for the British and European citizens to settle in Saudi, we all move to Saudi, but unfortunately that's not possible.
The only way other than marrying a Saudi citizen to have a permanent status, the only way to a temporary residency is to have a work offer or get accepted in a university.
