You have to generate how you would feel once what you want happens...God bless you and your mother..my mother had an aneurism inwhich most die instantly. I put my whole self into it. She survived the surgery with no side effects. She lived another 8 or so years..I was destroyed but happy I got those last years with her

Thank you Dr. Jessica. Another great video that came in perfect timing for me! I’ve been struggling with with being consistent in my manifestation and frequencies. I know we’re all human so there will be times when it can be more challenging to stay in a higher frequency. But my goal is to try to get better at that. I love the boomerang metaphor. It reminded me of another metaphor I read in a book called “working with the law.” It was so simple but the book used a metaphor of sitting around a campfire when we are cold. If we feel cold we don’t keep focusing on the cold and then wonder why we’re still cold. we turn towards the campfire to get warm. So with all of our manifestations we need to focus on where we want to be and how it feels. Thanks for including the links. would love more videos and/or guided meditations on how to get into the fifth dimension.

This video literally read my mind, for some reason, the last 2 days, I have been thinking about the different dimensions and levels of consciousness. And this is something i've never put alot thought into before. This is exactly what i came up with!!soI began to google information on it to find confirmation and actually didn't find a lot of comprehensive answers, and I was left wondering more. This makes so much sense to me. I go into 4th/5th when I do Presence & Heart Brain Coherence. I know when I start to shift when I get a head rush so intense I feel like I’m doing about 11Gs in an aircraft. My
challenge in the whole process has been to keep my body relaxed as I soar beyond time/space 3D. Not easy! That’s the 3D survival instinct resistance. All my training in meditation etc. is really starting to make sense to me now. I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me. I’ve accomplished so much, healed so much yet I’ve only just begun. I have tried manifestation in passing a competitive exam. I truly believed and lived in the end , had been visualising for six months or so and didn't worry at all since i had studied hard and was sure it was going to happen . Towards the time of the result, i didn't even think about it and was happy with my life and was truly thankful for everything. But when the results came, i was in shock. I didn't make the cut. I tried and tried to know what went wrong, but i cant find a reason.

HOW do remember to do/ focus/ think about/ align with/ etc on that thing you want to manifest/ frequency you want to be at throughout the day????
I’ve learned so many things and have great intentions of doing XYZ right when I wake up - then during the day with intention or whatever it is…. THEN life happens and it’s the end of the day and I didn’t manage to one of those things (besides first thing in am) 🤷♀️🤦♀️

What if your desire is to win the lottery not just the $
So we all think this is the 3rd dimension. It’s clever how we ended up finding that out and it’s correct so you can’t disprove it because you can always use length width and height to explain it as it covers everything we need to label. But if you think about space or nothing there’s quite abit more that exists that we know about. The 3rd dimension is length width height. Yeah but there’s also diagonal. There’s also circle so pretty much none of those. Nothing has not got any directions. That’s here. Consciousness is something that exists which is a dimension of this universe. I only know this because we say the 3rd dimension is 3 directions but there’s is definitely more directions. If you say no direction we know that exists in what we call the 3rd dimension. The only we came to the conclusion that there only 3 dimensions is because if you say diagonal as well you can just no that’s one of the 3 dimensions. Like I say this is the 1st dimension I’d be right because I can just say to me height, length width are all the same because I’ll just use height every time. So upwards to me is height but to someone else it’s width. So that tells me that they are the same.That’s because to me a direction is a direction so all I’ve done is simplified it. Psychedelics can help you understand this by helping us realise we’ve just labelled everything. I can label it differently. It’s just like percentage we label what something is by using 100. Say there’s aliens and they used 200. Both are right. Everything is exactly the same if you can match it all. 100 and 200 are not the same. But because aliens use 200 and we use 100 they are both the same because they can both explain the same thing. How can two different numbers be the same thing. So I think a table is 200% and you think it’s 100%. Making both numbers equal the same. It’s so hard to get your head around I don’t think I can explain it. You can’t change the percentage of something but if something is what is it then it’s the same as something else. I know that I’m right because with math you can be correct because it’s proven. The answer is always the answer. Everything is 1. But if two things are correct then they are the same. Because correct is always correct. In terms of numbers everything is the same. So what I’m trying to say is that the 3rd dimension is the same as the 10th dimension. Best way to try explain it is remember when I said there’s more than height width length you can just say that diagonal is height. But because we use height width length you’ve got to include all 3. I don’t even think the number 3 exists because there’s only 1 everything. It’s so mad if there are 2 1s you can say there’s also 1 2 1s so if you see it that way it’s just one. What it equals is one. So we only found out things because you can’t go wrong. You got this answer. I know this answer is also the same as this. If when you find the answer it’s correct. And if they are matched. Like 10 and 5 are matched if we can find the correct answer of both. 5% of 100 is 5. Correct? 10% of 200 is 20. Correct? Because we use 100% to explain something that means you have a question which needs an answer. If it’s correct then what you did is just another way of finding something out. Just using a different way. Numbers help us explain the universe and the universe is numbers. this number can be the same as this number. So if something is a number how can something be the exact same number even tho they are completely different. They’ve been matched. So if you say that I’m wrong then you won’t be able to explain why. For one because you don’t know everything about everything and 2 because numbers explain that they are the same. And if they don’t then you can’t connect everything because what you saying it is it not what you can also say it is. I’ll be wrong if say you went the same direction and ended up somwhere else because that would not be the same as the correct answer which is always the same if you’re talking about the same thing. Doesn’t exist. If I’m wrong then everything we know is wrong. Like I’m being told there’s no truth. Have fun trying to say something is not something haha.
Who knows why I’m on about I just know that we are correct that what ever we say is the 3rd dimension is correct. Pretty much because we think that there’s 3. And if we don’t know the rest then we’re sound because we’re only on about 3 so whatever we find out about it can’t be anything else because we don’t know. So I’ve just explained it. I know for a fact that everything is not just up down side to side unless it is. Up down side to side to me is direction. Physical matter is not direction alone or may not be at all. If we’re right if I said that’s a chair I’m wrong because the right answer will be up down side to side😂😂 bet they’re right as well. What the hell. I know that if you want to talk about shapes then yeah but that’s not only a bloody shape it’s a chair. I just can’t believe that the only thing in this universe is shapes.
