We are still in the process of developing a good footballing structure in our country. And it's happening, but a bit slowly. Our boys youth teams have started challenging asian giants and youth world cup regulars like Iran, South Korea, Iraq, etc. So that's definitely progress in the last 10 years. Maybe in a couple decades we'll be known as a country that plays football too.

Feeling proud to watch our kids playing against a strong international side, and beating them with a stronger performance
The tempo was world class. To be honest I wasn't expecting to see that kind of tempo. Kudos to the coach as well for a high press tactics. Transition play looked really strong. Bengalis in the team as well which is kind of obvious. Nevertheless, every player seemed to be running around for the entire 52 minutes. These are some really fit guys. But don't let this win get to you. There's a lot to achieve from here.

But the present is proving everyone wrong and I'm happy, agreeing with it.. I'm happy I'm being proven wrong here.. Cause I'm happy to see the future of Football in India, is brightest..

Brilliant play by the indian boys. This goes to show how good we can be if we invest in football. Reliance have definitely spent a lot of money training them and it has paid off well. The passing was just on point. I just love seeing us do well in football.

2. Football is bright but it isn’t certain that future Indian team will necessarily win at the International level. Always the best team needs to win. However, a step in the right direction for the Indian Football.
