I just picked one up that a homeowner through out. cosmetically perfect shape no stains, tears, or anything missing. plays great just scratchy pots. LUCKY ME!!!!!
The ta20 is rare and cutting edge in its time. The flexitone rectangular speaker was developed to produce a natural sound from an amplified guitar. They were suited for the voicing of jazz guitars, semi acoustics etc The wedge shape never caught on with conventional pickers but when I tried one recently, I was surprised how loud and punchy it was. Collectors item indeed.
Hey man, great amp!!! I´m searching the TA-20 users Manual and diagram, layout, etc, but i can´t find no clues about it. Would you have some you can share with me? Thanks.
