Thrilling. My Dad did a tandem jump with my nephew on his 79th Birthday. Watching this video is the closest I've come to saying I will jump someday. 🤣🤣 We'll see what the future holds. Thank you Karl. All the best. Mitch .🙏
We’ve done skydiving 🪂 once in Northern California and we jumped out of the plane 10,000 feet above ground…..the free fall was the most exhilarating experience ever & we loved it! We would love to do it again and perhaps in Thailand the next time! Thanks for sharing another wonderful video Karl 😊
Kudos to you and Nick. I think after Rodney doing the bungy jump, this was a step too far for him. It's the plane and the floating down parts I think I'd love. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, everyone has their limits and there are things I wouldn’t do. Rodney’s so entertaining that even when he declines to do something he still steals the show. That parachute descent was definitely very chill but I enjoyed the whole experience
Hi Karl, Great film and adventure. So exciting. Surprised it was your first time up in a small plane. Did you see Nick's face before and on exit of the plane? 555 You were very composed and cool by comparison. One question; why did the instructors have helmets and not you? Chok dee!
Thanks Eddie, it was great. I think the camera just caught Nick at the wrong moments lol. Nick was pretty cool about it, especially considering his hangover at the time.
That’s the toneless pronunciation that I use when I’m speaking English (Never been into using Thai pronunciation while talking to other foreigners, just sounds ridiculous and try-hard). The correct pronunciation of บัวขาว Bua Khao is Bua (mid tone) and Khao (Long vowel tone rising) and it means ‘White Lotus’
Bravo for doing it and thank you for documenting it, great job. For me, I would not jump from a perfectly fine aircraft 😅 Looks like Thai Sky Adventures have their own airfield, is that correct ?
Cheers.I must admit that when people started departing the aircraft I did wonder if Rodney knew something I didn’t . I’m not sure if it’s their airfield or not. I could see no sign of other operations using it though

I will go to Pattaya in January. Was skydiving scary? I'm watching from Japan.
I don’t know what to say. I enjoyed it but some people are scared. I got the impression that they were very professional. Cheers

Have never considered doing sky diving in my life. May give it a try after watching this video.
It’s intense but fun as a tandem jump, not much you need to learn so you can just leave the work to them and enjoy the experience

That’s amazing jump 👍🏼
Thanks, yes, I really enjoyed it, have you ever done it?
top notch, I have never heard soi buakhao pronounced like that before. Is that the correct Thai way?

How much please?
I was excited for skydiving in Thailand until the jump at 5:12 😳😱😰
It’s fun 😊
On a rate to 1 to 10 how much did u enjoy it?
I’d say 9 out of 10. It would have been 10 if it wasn’t for pain in the ears because of the pressure. Great experience
