I’m interested in the Acadia, but I’m reading several negative reports about transmission problems. Do the mirrors power fold in when the car is parked and locked?
Would one get a discount because all the features are not present upon delivery/owner taking it? I mean, it’s not my fault that the dealer is pushing to sell a vehicle that’s not 100% to its door sticker. And I would be inconvenienced by having to go back and get the “non-functional” features fixed/installed.
Great question, I should have mentioned it in the video but on the monroney sticker in the window, there are credits to the customer for each item not included or not functions due to chips. For instance, there is a $50 credit for a retrofit heated seat. There is $200 credit for no retro fit and no heated seats in the back of the Buick Enclave (for example)
@@AskJake if I traded my 2020 Sierra with the heated and cooled seats in and the back heated seats didn’t function, how much would that deduct off trade in? Should it not be an equivalent loss on the new vehicle? I mean a non functioning heated seat is just that, non functioning. And the customers time and inconvenience is worth more that $50-200 for a seat swap, whole day without the vehicle etc. At least mine is. And for the inconvenience and inability for a dealer to sell a vehicle ready to go and 100% when I drive away should be at a cost to the dealer for “pushing/rushing” the sale instead of waiting and properly selling the vehicle. Dealers are “crooks” for a lack of better terms. Let me explain… If I were to install a lift kit and tires on my 2020 SLT, it wouldn’t increase my trade in, I’d get normal trade in or less, then they’d sell it at a premium because of the lift. On the other hand, if the dealer does it to a new truck it raises its MSRP by 15k? Cmon. Gotta be fair here.
Not trying to start an argument. Just first hand experience. Went to trade in my lifted wrangler and the dealer wanted to give about 10% under book value stating “Aftermarket parts do not increase value” The I said… “hmm, funny as you have 7 aftermarket lifted trucks on your lot and asking 25% over value staying it’s got a lift!” So what is it? They add value or not? Or the aftermarket only adds value on the dealers end? Just one example of how dealers try and get over on you.

Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. GM is a very dangerous company, be careful and keep your money safe.!!!Share so more people don't get screwed.GM is a big bluf
I have to say, anyone who has worked with me knows that I give 100% above and beyond customer service. There are 5 subscribers who traveled from other states to buy from me. So, I’ll leave your comment up, but you’re over generalizing and you’re wrong.
This was my reminder to never judge a book by its cover! That car didnt really catch my eye at first glance but I love the entire features! Especially as a mom who prioritizes situational awareness, I really like all the camera and mirror features 👀! Love to see it GMC!
And it has an off road version that looks more rugged with black out features and less chrome. So which ever preference you have, there is an option ❤️

Yes it has power folding mirrors
Love the new Acadia and the color is so pretty that is the color for our 19 GMC Terrain denali we absolutely love ours

Interior is basically black, light grey, and tan
O one more thing do the second and 3rd row hold 3 people or just 2
The second row has bucket seats in this particular one, so it has two in the middle and two in the rear. 6 seats total
