Nothing to worry about late joining after three months...because most of the selected people are mostley working in one or the other organisation. So every one will come to same batch except one or two.

Wrong Perception, if by the time of joining date not releave from your employer than only apply for Extension else don't go for extension of joining

So doe's really such a pressure is there in SBI for officers. And regarding transfers also. Kindly share your experience of you are in SBI

Thanks sir, for discussing the most valid point. One more thing will it be wise to leave RRB and join SBI CBO , as we all know 12 bipartite also applied on RRBs. And our RRB is also discussing on all the allowances which are given to PSBs. Just need your opinion on this

I don't think so, why bcz in CBO role you will be having business pressure, where as in RRB no business pressure, better stick with RRB
