Great vid Zasko. I've said it on previous videos but it really great to have your series as we go through similar joruneys. It great to have this outer perspective that I can look up upon to relate, or even learn new ways I can improve myself not only on the Valorant side of things but also just in my real life as well. I found the part about sleep deprivation very relatable as well because I too have moments where I find myself staying awake way past the time I had set for myself, and then just freefalling into a cycle of bad habits and then afterwards beating myself up about it. I would say that I did start taking melatonin an hour or two before my sleep and it seems to work pretty effectively, so maybe if you feel like something like that would help you should try it out. Anyways keep up the amazing work on the series and hopefully both of us and everyone else watching the series will reach the goals the have set for themselves
I'm really happy to help! Im not big on melatonin myself as i know when im disciplined and get my morning exercise and light as well as stay off tech before bed i have no troubles at all sleeping. If i were to take it, it wouldn't be because i need it rather because i dont want to do what i should be doing if that makes sense. Some people definitely need it though
