Don't ever watch any kind of motivational video(you can watch some other video like time management and etc.) Motivational Videos are a trap. It's proven that you are watching motivational videos when it's your study time , most of the students watch and waste their time in watching those videos where they should study at least for 10 mins So whenever u don't feel like studying just switch off your phone and throw it so that u can't reach it. And just sit and study for only 5 mins And you will realize the effects
