I suspect the developers tweaked the final boss's AI a little for the PS3 port, because I don't recall ever seeing those moves more than like, once on the original Xbox 360 release.
@@cadenza_m400 must be. I played the 360 ver several times and only saw each once, on different runs. Congrats, on winning the game and getting such a rare unlucky event 😢
After very recently replaying the game, I can say that although he's not very good, he's fun to use as a ranged character because he can build Echoes really easily with his gun. But yeah, he's not very strong compared to say, Salsa, March or Falsetto
@@airiakizuki5592 Falsetto, Viola, and Allgretto are usually my team but I recently included Beat, and I love it!! Not as strong but when he gets vital drain... it is incredibly useful.

I love the final boss theme song so much, I have been requesting it as a cover from a music channel, it will be 2 years in 2 weeks that I started.
His battle intro quote is so much better on the Xbox 360 version:
"This entire world is my dream! I WILL NOT LET YOU DESTROY IT!"
While I also prefer that line purely due to the performance of it, It also doesn't make *any* sense to his character.
Crazy how he locked and poisoned you one after another.... never seen that before!

a lot of people on youtube seem to like Beat. he is my least used useless team member back when i played this game.

I never did get to beat that game Eternal Sonata. Glad to finally see how it ends. 🎼
