I think with these divisions it's usually 6/8 and 5/8. Using quarter notes for this is, from what I know, is notably less common.

I'd love to get a lil behind the scenes video someday about what decisions went into designing the soundtrack for this sequel. What themes/motifs were chosen to stay, how they've evolved, the playing with time signatures, choices behind a lot of the instruments and sounds. Composition is so neat to me and especially with Hades II being Supergiant's first sequel I'd love to know more about the process for this game's OST

Immediately upon hearing this after dropping into the game for the first time, I knew this game was going to be something special. Darren Korb you genius.
This is the only piece of the OST I'm going to listen to until 1.0. Sitting out the early access this time! But man is that going to be hard.

I bought the game already and dipped my toe in, but am going to wait till 1.0 to really get stuck in.
It’s so damn hard, but I always prefer to play a fully finished game from start to finish, rather than waiting for intermittent content drops.
I recommend against it. The game has a staggering amount of content already.

Hades music has been the closest to Warrior Within, I knew it as soon as I heard it.

I'm describing how great Supergiant games are in text to my friend and decided to put this newly dropped Hades 2 ost to listen on parallel, AND THIS FREAKING BANGER WITH THAT DROP COMES IN AND I'M JUST WHAT THE DUDE!!!! I'm trying not to swear on yt comments, but believe me, vocally there was nothing
