Actually, a moving tail is typically a sign of agitation in cats. although there are other reasons the tail might move - attempts to balance themselves, or preparing to pounce, for example. Tail movement doesn't tend to indicate positive feelings in the same way it does with dogs.

So it wouldn't be all too unrealistic to say that the Neko Listener adapted the happy tail wagging from their Inu partner.
Here is a trick, when saying "its not important" And they respond with "why dont you do somthing with me then?" Always follow up with "because im enjoying myself"
