Q-#1: Metrics available for EIGRP are Bandwidth, Delay, Load, and Reliability. But EIGRP normally uses B/W & Delay.
Q-#2: Successor would be the first path chosen as it carries less feasible distances. Then would be followed by FS as this is the least FB among the available paths left in the DB.
