Massive piles of ice are stacked up just outside of Cedar River, Michigan in early April 2018 as the bay finally began to break up and strong winds stacked the ice along the shore line.
I remember as a kid in the 60s & 70s them getting blown into shore if we got a strong NE wind on Saginaw Bay. They took out quite a few houses on Killarney Beach where my Grandma lived.
