Dear KY I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the recent discussions on this particular topic. I just wanted to say initially i was really dealing with the same challenges of such questions but the more i came to know about my subjects of UPSCE such as polity, social justice, governance, ethics and integrity, constitution of India and various landmark judgement by our honorable SC etc the more i was okay being it and chasing my dreams into it. I found clarity and insight that significantly enriched my perspective. The knowledge I have acquired has been invaluable and motivates me each day persuing my dreams. Love you both and one day for sure would love to meet you both ❤
May be many people from LGBTQ community who are preparing for UPSC exam has this doubt. Even I had the same doubt when I started my preparation, but then I understood that change comes from ourselves so when we are prepared to do something different, we will pay way to a change which starts from ourself and then moves towards society. Now my preparation is going well and hoping to make my dream successful with God’s grace. Lots of love 🫶🏻💎
Thanks for atleast arising this idea in general public about ... orientation (sex / gender) can't be one restriction to become an IAS officer. (As per our constitution and honourable Supreme court judgements) Though we have to understand that sometimes government or politics are not in favour of all such things even we can't ignore the aftermath of office culture in day to day administration. But we have always hope for good ... BTW me as well preparing for CSE. And about prevalence of gay dating apps in hotspot areas like of old rajinder nagar...i think mostly (not all) are just for satisfying thier physical needs to concentrate more on studies not for making long-term connections like 12th fail 😅. You already know there are millions of young queers who have no answer or can't relate with western creators. Socially we've grown up in a different culture society and our experiences are so different. We need someone from us to represent and give us answers.

Bro, serious advice, be ias but don't be open! Government are really creepy towards gay people. I worked in government office for few years and it's really bad for people who are different. I was dating a sindhi girl and there was so much khusfus, sometimes open hate towards me when I used to invite her in office gatherings for couples! So highly not advised unless you are very brave to face absurd feeling everytime
@@singhm4709thanks for your advice 😊♥️ that's a serious topic to think about, that's okay for me not to be opened according to situations but I just have to become an IAS officer not only for which I am but also for that I want to express and frankly speaking It's my aim not for my sexuality but there are many reasons for which I have to become an IAS officer. I thought about becoming an IAS when I was in 11th class at that time I was not very much aware about my sexuality but now it also has added extra motivation to become an IAS officer apart from other things like I have to change my background forever for this I have to be an IAS officer. I think it would not be matter for me to be opened I just have to be opened in my family that I will tell after becoming an IAS officer. And I don't want to live fearful life I definitely want to get married with a boy or have someone caring I cannot live alone for my whole life.
