- We took a few days off to really just rest and enjoy our Thanksgiving Holiday with family. From hiking to a local waterfall, to feasting on all our favorite Holiday foods, to watching Christmas movies by the fire, it was an incredible few days and we are so incredibly grateful!

I think this is the first video cover picture where Lincoln is standing up and not in the arms of one of his parents. So nice to see him slowly learning independence into his life.
Yes, Lincoln is making great progress in learning to be independent and I have also observed that he is keen to engage more with his siblings. He likes watching what his older brothers do and tries to join in the games as well.

I'm sure Jude would still play with his siblings even after hitting puberty. He was raised well and is a gentle, loving, and kind brother. Also, I don't think he'd be the type to get annoyed with stuffs that easily. He is a pretty chill guy like his dad😄.

I am Thankful for my family!! I am celebrating Thanksgiving today. As My family had to be out of town so had an impromptu dinner today. A full turkey dinner with my sister & her husband & their 2 sons & my brother was driving home from IL. back to Indiana and they stopped in as well. It wasn't our normal family get together but being safe is the number 1 priority. Thank you for sharing your time with us. 💛🌾🍂🍃🍁💛

Belated Happy Thanksgiving, Miller Fam. I was in Portland for two days and my son fixed an organic smoked turkey this year. Very good but it took longer than expected to be done. We had pecan and pumpkin pies with homemade whipped cream. But my fav is choc pecan; I will have to find a recipe for one with Bourbin. I loved the wooded hike and waterfall. And "A Christmas Story" is also my favorite Christmas movie. In past years when I was the main cook, I played it all Christmas Day while cooking. How nice of your landlord to bring the basketball hoop. I am sure that, when he watched your home tour, he was thinking he'd hit the jackpot in choosing a family to rent the lovely house he owns. May all your coming year's holidays in this home be as warm and happy as this one appeared to be.

How amazing. We live in Ottawa Illinois and we are only 20 minutes from Starved Rock State Park. Small Canyons, waterfalls and one that you can walk behind plus beautiful sights along the Illinois River. Can just imagine what a great time your family is having. We love our state park too. Such a treat to see and enjoy.
