I just started milling my own grains this week, I have all the issues Leanne had- leaky gut, perioral dermatitis- I am so hopeful that this switch will heal me. Thank you for this podcast!🤍🙏🏻

Ms. Sue, would you mind finding out if Ms. Leanne did another GI Map test (stool test) to find out if she was still borderline Celiac. I know she felt better, but did she confirm anything w/ tests. My 12yo is basically having the same issues as her (except for the birth control part). She’s been gluten free (among MANY other detoxes, supplements, and diet changes) for three years, and she’s yet to feel fully healed. She’s borderline celiac & lupus. I got a mill & going to start baking for the rest of the family, but she’s terrified of having gluten again because of how sick she’s felt in the past. I’m desperate to help her. Did Leanne’s autoimmune markers get better? Thanks you in advance. ❤

Wondering if you've heard any stories of healing taking a long time to occur. I've been milling and enjoying the bread in good quantity for seven months. No kind of healing thus far for any of my many symptoms of a lot of years. I feel like it's because things that work for everyone else don't work for me! (I'm finally bravely saying something!) 🥺🥴

I’ve been milling for 16 months and can recently tell a difference in my sinuses but a lot sooner I was able to tell a difference in my digestive issues 🙌🏻

Healing takes YEARS … you didn’t get dis-ease over night , you don’t heal overnight. Keep going! You got this! One day, you’ll notice little things, one change that blows your mind. 💚

I cleaned up our diet so much before learning about FMF that we don't really see any changes in our health. I know it is better for us so I keep doing it. It will be two years in October since I started.

Are you not at least having positive 💩 episodes?
I was interviewed last week, marie echelmeyer. I didn’t notice benefits beyond pooping for months and I hadn’t realized I had lost 37 lbs until one day my clothes started being baggy and I went shopping and lo and behold I had gone from 2x to 12/14!
Keep going. Try to have freshly milled grain at every meal. At the very least it’s got to taste way better than anything store bought and that in itself is a reason to keep going.

Healing is a process. Everyone's body is different and will heal differently. My girls have had amazing results with the bread but my results have been more slow in coming and have come with quite a bit of detoxing. Keep persevering knowing that your body is using the nutrients from the bread.

1 Timothy 4:3 They forbid marriage and demand abstinence from foods that God created to be received with gratitude by those who believe and know the truth.
