List for simple easy to find products
•Anything hair- (Shea moisture) is usually good
•Tooth paste- (natean) “fluoride free” *don’t use charcoal toothpaste* I’ve heard it’s too abrasive
•lotion and deodorant- (native) but only use the sensitive deodorant
And use only 100% natural oils without the extra ingredients
Also STOP eating junk food it has poisonous ingredients same thing with kool-aid etc.
There are natural snacks that are better and taste better but take getting use to. Drink water and 100% natural juices.
But more than these temporary things repent and put your faith in Christ that you may be saved. God is just and will punish sin, but Christ died for us that we may believe in Him and be saved from the eternal punishment of Hell. Those who do not repent will perish because of their sin. Repent putting your faith in the savior and be saved. It’s by God’s grace through faith in Jesus that we are saved not by works. The book of John is a great book to read as a new/beginner Christian. When you eat healthier you’re skin will be healthier I’m convince it’s at least 75% of the food you eat. You’re hair and skin look super moisturized. I knew you were legit when most of you’re products are natural even the toothpaste.
