you can avoid dummy batteries by going usb-c (cam) to usb-c (v-mount battery)

is it easy to manual focusing? Or you have to add follow focus? Thanks man!
I use autofocus for the most part, but I normally hold it from the bottom with my left hand, and manual focus with my thumb if need be. I think a follow focus would be difficult with this set up.
This is sick! Can you drop a link to a video with this rig set up? I hate gimbals, & I’m always shooting on the run. So I want to try & find a better alternative instead of using a gimbal

Very good video, I have a question to see if someone can solve it, I have a Sony a7siii I don't know whether to use a USB C cable for power with the v-mount battery or use a fake battery, what do you think?
I’ve been using a dummy battery from Kondor Blue with no problems. It really depends on your preference. No right or wrong answer.
Stabilization mode depends on the situation.
@@DeeTravaughn When do you use the camera in hand? What mode will you use and why? since if you record in deactivated mode you have gyro data, unlike if you record in standard or active mode
