Wipro Technologies (Indian Company) is no longer interested in software development. Their main business is Risk management aka harassment. In this business they get employees of other companies (software engineers and MBAs) against whom their previous company has opened a complaint. So Wipro brings these professionals in through interviews and by giving them hike, with an intention to punish them. All the freshers Wipro hires, it trains to harass other people. These employees of Wipro do not care whether they are doing software development or just harassing other people, as long as they are getting their salary. (In India all that people really care about is salary) So Wipro brings professionals of other companies in, punishes them and then threatens them to join their previous company back. These freshers are used to pass negative and insulting comments on targeted individuals. It is not just passing one or two comments. They will keep following you in the campus and will keep firing comment after comment, without even leaving a room for you to breathe. If you retaliate, Wipro's management will open a security incident against you and get you blacklisted from entire industry. You will have to go back to previous company and beg them for job. This is the same company which got you harassed.
I have read and noticed this Independent News is anti democratic. And writting against unnecessary roumorse which is not true. If you Independent news is a true news paper to provide true information for people then you need to teach and give proper training to your news staffs, which every word and sentence make difference.
