Anybody know what kind of hat he's wearing? I've seen him use it in several videos but i can't seem to spot a tag or logo on it, would really like to get a nice bob/tassle/poofy jiggle effect going at my gigs, somebody help me out thx
I think it's a square badge Gretsch kit. I am guessing this, but he's been a Gretsch player in the past, and that looks like a 5-lug 12" tom, which is basically unique to Gretsch. He is also playing a Gretsch COB snare.
Its hard to take Dave seriously after watching enough rational funk. I keep waiting for his sentences to turn into a ridiculous, hilarious stream of thought whirlwind.
