Hi Fat Chau!! The word ‘ever’ can appear in questions as well as statements. For example, you can say that “The first time I have ever been to the Ocean Park was when I was 10.” 😄

看看遲啲有冇機會解釋
呢度要用現在完成進行式，係因為嗰個男仔要強調自己係雨中行左好耐，所以濕晒。通常我哋強調一個動作由以前進行到而家、持續、又進行左好耐，我哋就會用現在完成進行式㗎啦。

唔可以呀，要講he has decided not to go to university.
decide係主要動詞，後面要加動詞的話要用to infinitive。
當然有其他主要動詞後面可以唔加to infinitive的，但decide後面有動詞的話就只可以加to infinitive了
