i've been waiting for so long for this, and it seems like it was worth the wait. I've been using tides 2 as a clock modulation source and i think i want to try replacing it with this.

Thanks for making such a clear build guide for the DIY kit. Built mine today in just an hour or two. Excellent module!

I only started my modular journey a few months ago, but I already fell in love with your modules. This is exactly the kind of modulation module I could be having so much fun with, I'm so hyped for this now. Can't wait to have the Mod Medusa and the Dual Dagger as my first Shakmat modules soon!

I did the DIY kit this year at the superbooth. Just had a chance to try it and It’s incredible. With one oscillator and a filter you can make a whole patch. I love it!

Hm, oh well i need this. It's exactly the kind of crazy brilliant modulator i am looking for and it checks every boxes for me. It will be my first Shakmat module, well done!

Amazing module, although I do miss the output on a separate knob like on the 4ms PEG to make it even more tweakable.
Still great job, obviously. You guys & gals rock!

Really neat module. Would you consider a firmware upgrade that allows for 32 steps?

there's a slow mode (input clock divider in the menu - press long the length button) to expand the time span ;)

Can this be used as a normal LFO as well? For Non Euclidean rhythm

    • @ShakmatModular

it all depends how you want to control it. Using the "lowest population setting" makes it play one cycle of wave for a whole clock turn, so no subdivision. then you can use either the length button to divide speed by 2 or place a clock divider before it and still benefit from the logic patterns between the four outputs. Hope this answers your question
