Impressive video. A little bit too much ssssssss on the streets for my taste, but I loved the video. Strange how we're used to those TH-cam channel monsters with huge amount of subscribers and followers, and when you watch the videos, you don't feel honesty. I'm sorry for them. I really am. Just becusase they're a part of a machine that is paying their bills.
This video was so spontaneous, that I can't even say anything bad about it. You did point out the negatives of the wheel, but in a non destructive way. I don't know if that makes sense to you. But it does to me. The few negative points were pointed out, but that was it. All the rest, was awesome. I felt you were feeling happy and I saw nothing more than happy euc riders just having fun. And then talking about it, in a moderate way, and the most important thing: without feeling that you were 'leaperkim team' or inmotion team or whatever. Does it make sense?
Just keep going, guys. I will subscribe, no doubts about it. 👌

Finally a review video on the ex30 2 weeks right before mine arrives. I put my deposit down back in august 2022 & almost switched to another wheel but I’m glad I stuck to the ex30

Great review! 🔥🔥🔥Preordered from Ewheels and can't fricken wait!!! Hopefully velcro mounts to the batteries so I can mount some aftermarket pads. I heard mounting anything to those ribbed battery cases was very difficult. Thumbs up and I didn't see a link in your bio or in the description on where to buy a mini wheel, can I get a link, I want one.

Great job. You have me even more eager to get the EX30 I preordered. I currently ride an RS HS, but I’m constantly hitting the 40mph beeper limit, of which I set for safety. I also drain my battery fairly quickly, because I ride so fast. Based on your review and Electric Dreams review, I know I made the right choice. Can’t wait to go on long, fast rides and post some content with it. Thanks again.

Superb break down of the 2023 EUC of the year contender. The passion of the riders ooozes through the entire vid. In your opinion, is this 4k wheel worthy? I am in no way excited about the current price hikes, but if new tech justifies the 4K sticker wouldn’t the 4 k price lean more towards the V13.?
The riders expert input, really set this apart from other reviews. This has to be the most knowledgeable riders I have seen reviewing one EUC, and I like it.
It seems as if EUCs are turning that corner to the next level. In your opinion, why haven’t manufacturers sponsored races to push the performance envelope, and grow the sport? Thanks
Definitely a different beast than the v13. V13 has a lot of creature comforts like ip rating etc. This wheel is classically begode with some nice improvements, better waterproofing, better motor, more battery. The riders say they like the feel of the ex30 more because if it’s centre of gravity, it’s lower and therefore more stable and planted. They definitely are getting very advanced! I think racing isn’t the biggest revenue stream for the manufacturers… They want new eyes, and racing is for people who live and breathe Euc, not the newcomers. It’s semi entertaining to watch, but much like drone racing, is much more entertaining if YOU are the one doing it.

Great video, really wish you had each person bring their pads and switch them in for each ride, although given the overall feed back the ride is great, so with upgrades it will be an amazing wheel. Will wait till the end of the year or early next year to buy, once all of the revisions have been made and we are on at least batch 5.
This was definitely as stock as it could be! We could have torn off the side pads, but I feel like they give the wheel a look like no other- and these riders are good enough they don’t need much. That being said, we will definitely be putting grizzla flows on and going for a test ride!! We need to make side plates to cover the battery cases, nothing will stick to them.

What a great looking wheel.
Nice unboxing. The seat has actual metal strip inside the foam so no worries about tightening the screws a bit, the screws will not go thru the foam.

Hey cheers from Toronto :) with the right psi in the fire and sock it can do some stairs! And yes no bms, BUT I think they do have passive cell balancing. Same as Sherman etc.
Maybe some more air in the wheel

I think they are all different, but a great all around wheel is Sherman s, road demon is ex30 or v13!

It's crazy how bad Begode's quality control is that we commend them for things like tightening the screws lmaoooo
Any plans for off-road use? Wondering how suitable it would be for trails.
not suitable on trails unless it's flat grass/dirt.

@@deejeh9494 The stability is nice, but I think it's a major bummer that the battery cases are so low that you can't really utilize all that suspension travel for any sort of jumps, drops, stairs or anything. Kind of makes you wonder if they even anticipated the battery cases being an obstruction for trail riding from the get go or if they just recently decided to label the ex-30 as a street wheel after youtubers discovered clipping issues when taking on stairs and steep hills etc.
If you think about it, why would they be showing all the videos from China going off road and taking on all that crazy, rocky terrain, going up mountains and flying down flights of stairs if they weren't initially promoting the ex-30 as an off road capable wheel. Not to mention, what is the purpose of Begode highlighting the upgraded, 100 mm travel suspension and knobby tire if they weren't planning on people jumping it and going on rough terrain? 🤔🤔🤔
Personally, I hope there is a way to DIY the battery cases to raise them up a little. Just enough to at least take on stairs and do some kind of jumping.
No BMS? How do you balance the cells?
There are passive cell balancers in each battery pack
