Hey everyone, thanks for stopping by! Are you still playing Destiny 2? Hit me with some comments and I will respond. Appreciate you all!
I could use some help understanding how best to approach the playthrough. I assume Shadowkeep is up first then Beyond Light, but is there anything else I should focus on initially that isn’t tied to these quest lines?

@@dpatriot4130 I think I’d recommend maybe finding some other friends to help you through some other things the game has to offer, maybe even having someone teach you how to do a dungeon with them after you’ve completed some of the story and are looking for something different and also very rewarding. As long as you find some people that are happy to teach rather than just complete every encounter solo with you in their backpack, then it can be really cool to learn all these different mechanics. Bottom line, I really do recommend doing the campaigns more than anything else really, and especially starting at Witch Queen the game really steps up the quality I think. I enjoyed the previous campaigns, but I found then to be a bit less fun, a bit more grindy that sort of thing. I sincerely hope you enjoy this game. I love it deeply, and have become closer with everyone I’ve played with, patience and perseverance Guardian!
TLDR: Keep trying and eventually you will succeed, once you’ve gotten familiar with how the game works, try your hand at some build crafting, maybe do some dungeons, and above all, just have a good time.
Oh and watch ‘My Name is Byf’ if you have any questions about lore he’s a real gem 💎
Sorry for the book oh my lord, I just really love this game and want everyone else to play it too 🤣
Old gamer here D2 pretty much the only game i turn on these days . As u said ignore everybody enjoy have a good time at ur own pace .
I still play the game and I still love it
Hello destiny is the only game I play and had done thousands of hrs into its pve so if your gonna try out raids I'll be glad to help 😊 and you made a good choice with being on team warlock lol 😅 I'll be glad to help in campaign and guiding you in the right direction
If I had a nickel for every Warframe TH-camr I saw going over to Destiny to try it out in the last few weeks I would have 2 nickels. Which isn't alot but it's weird that it happened twice.
Also yeup, still here and enjoying the game. Been here since Shadowkeep 5 years ago. Despite what people say I do my own stuff.
Destiny is something else, because you can really "feel" a gun. Each gun feels different, so picking one that suits you is really fun.
I am a big fan of most sidearms
Q_Quicc i think you're talking about right
Wait is the other guy your watching the one who constantly asks chat about stuff and thought that sunshots explosions was an aspect, bc I’ve seen two just like you lol
@@CrimsonSquareGlazer yup
@@SlimeyZockt haha no kidding. That’s good news though. Must have the same itch that I have to dive in. Destiny 1 was an incredible game to me so I am looking forward to the experience with D2.
AND THEYRE BOTH WARLOCKS
I'll never forget around 6-7 years ago my buddy wanted me to play Destiny 2 and I told him, "nah man, not my type of game." He begged me, just to pass some time on the weekend... so I said, "Whatever man, sure, I'm down." Here we are, thousands upon thousands of hours in, almost every raid completed multiple times, still loving it... Wild stuff.
Bro, thank you for paying attention. I watch other newbies come and stream the game and they ask a million questions about what the game JUST explained to them, like about abilities and weapons.
@@quantumowl can’t forget what we are doing in the first place….playing games and having fun. Part of that fun, comes from paying attention. 🙏🏻🫡
As a veteran player, the best advice I can give you is to read everything. Perks, mods, exotics, there’s so many different synergies and abilities that it may seem overwhelming but reading it can help you understand so much better.
@@Sheep-Disrespector-of-West thank you 🙏🏻
This is a lot more bearable to watch than that one guy that talked over every cutscene and ignored the popups to read chat
Haha thanks
I know who you’re talking about because I was yelling at him the entire time like dude it’s right there telling you what to do 😂 but hopefully he will learn… sooner than later
Yesterday same thing he was watching lore videos but first best mission starts yapping during every cutscene and dialogue sooo frustrating
If we're talking about q_quicc, I absolutley agree. I played with him on his stream a few days ago because I love helping new players. Dude couldn't take his eyes off chat for 5 seconds and then got mad at at his fireteam for playing the game while he wasn't paying attention. Felt pretty disrespectful.
@@Mr.Toast117 yes him I guess you where not allowed to walk in front of him also and don’t shoot to much because he’s reading I just can’t watch him anymore it’s pissing me off and makes me nauseous like watching someone with Parkinson holding a mouse
Don't give up b4 enjoying the final shape it's a masterpiece
@@xAMIRx187 I will see it through for sure. Thank you!
Been playing Destiny since Alpha & I never imagined seeing most Warframe players coming over to D2 loving seeing they enjoyed it
@@Stitchwolf excited for the journey and to meet some new people along the way, thanks!
1:00 you’re a saint, I just don’t know how people can expect to like a game of they don’t even try to listen to the story 😭🙏
He said that and then immediately skipped through literally every character dialogue text he's encountered so far. About 90% of Destiny 2's story requires reading, so I hope he's not going to just rely on cutscenes and voiced dialogue while skipping the rest of the story. If he does that, he'll get an extremely bare-bones version of what is actually going on.
@@honeysal haha stop it! True though, it needs to be a focus when playing through certain games. Don’t talk over dialogue and then ask the chat or someone else what just happened. 🙏🏻
@@mrsmi1eyhe did skip through a few text boxes, but I definitely wouldn’t say 90%, this game has a lot to enjoy on the surface as well and I think just paying attention to the voiced stuff, while not ideal I agree, I also understandable since the game is making it seem “less important”. Even going so far as to present him with quests that partially block parts of this text, it makes sense that someone would skip it
the story cutscenes are epic the problem is as a newplayer you are jumping to a random cutscene without a context i just wish they put the cutscene/quest in order so that you know whats happening.
Been playing for 4 years now and watching new game play 1st always makes me nostalgic from when I first started.
@@cursitmabbott9022 glad to hear you are still playing, I’m ready to experience it all. Thanks for commenting 🙏🏻
Same, but 10 years.
Glad to see someone respect the game, listen to dialogue, etc. Yes you can brute force most of the game but it's so much better if you just pay attention.
I will try to be mindful of everything lore and story related. It’s the right way to approach it, at least for me. Want to be immersed rather than just mindlessly carry on through the gameplay. 🙏🏻
Man, i really do love this game. After 8 years and thousands of hours of playtime, I still love it. It aint perfect, there's droughts in content where ill walk away from the game for a little, but i always come back and enjoy it. I'm excited for you to start your own journey gaurdian!
@@Niek17 glad to hear this and thank you for the warm welcome!
I’ve been playing since 2017 and love watching new players. ❤ don’t quit I promise it gets better. Good luck guardian.
Here the long haul. I bought all the expansions 🤣
Great to see a play through with fresh eyes and positive attitude. You have great feel for the character and the guns. I play this game most days, there’s still a lot of content to enjoy and master
@@esme011 appreciate this comment! I’m looking forward to meeting new people throughout this journey while experiencing the expansions/story,
From Baby Tenno to a Blueberry, I love it, I played both games Destiny and Warframe since day one, still play both more into Warframe right now, I loved both games in their own right good luck Guardian, you have a great journey ahead of you have fun.
Wish everyone was like this lol
@@spherexxx44 haha yes, thank you!
@@soldierplays4616 best part of gaming to me is the community because of people like this. Agreed!
Destiny was an incredible 10 year journey. As somebody who has 5k hours between both games, i hope you enjoy it!
5k hours 😳amazing….thank for the warm welcome
First of all welcome to the community! It's great to see another new player, though i really hope you stay with it despite the rough new player exp. However, as someone with 3000 hours in the game, it was painful to watch you not use your rift and also not finish off the walker at the start, lol. (After you kill the walker, it drops a chest that contains a power weapon you can equip.)
i would say you want to focuses on the new light quest and then try to follow the guardian rank system. once you complete that quest line.
there are also a lot of big destiny youtubers that have put out really good videos on what to do as a new player ( such as Aztecross, Datto and shadowdestiny ). Id honestly just recommend looking up "what to do as a new destiny 2 player" and looking for the first video that pops up for each one of them. Its a time commitment but the shear amount of information and quality of life increases you'll get from it will be worth it. (keep in mind something arn't completely 1 to 1 or applicable due to new updates and seasons/episodes).
Wishing you the best with it and looking forward to your next video on it!
😳🥴 I should have stayed to kill the walker, I knew I would regret that lol
3,000 hours is incredible. Thanks for welcoming me. Looking forward to the journey
@dpatriot4130 haha thanks man its been a hike and don't worry about the walker to much, there is plenty of loot left to discover. Looking forward to seeing how your journey plays out.
@@duncanhawk4500 amazing comment, very insightful. I plan on watching videos of the earlier campaigns so I can have a foundation going into the available content and expansions. 🙏🏻
This guy as the right idea. My prediction(haven’t seen the vid) is that he’s actually gonna have a great time. Destiny gets way to much undeserved hate.
Edit: skipping new light was a great move.
Still playing this game regularly since D1 days! There is so much to do and caters for all kinds of people with activities at the super challenging end and more casual side too.
Really enjoyed your first part of the playthrough, very refreshing to see someone actually pay attention and not talk over every cutscene or help popup and then complain about not understanding anything! Keep going and you'll experience some real gems in Witch Queen and Final Shape especially!
Make me happy to see players from warframe try out destiny and vice vera without either game being in shambles for it to happen.
Both games provide a unique experience, and both are doing very well rn. Good to see.
I started like less than a year ago. Played solo, didn't have any dlc. Just played the free PVE and PVP content. Then found some friends, got into a clan and really enjoyed my time. Got the dlcs and played some dungeons, really starting to get into endgame contents, then almost all of them quit. Now I'm playing alone again. Hahahaha.
Welcome to Destiny! It is a pleasure to have you (the exit is over there run, run and never look back) Speaking from personal experience the best time to get into D2 was just after Forsaken, you got the Red War, Curse of Osiris, Warmind, The Black Forge and the big community event with the corridors of time.
You're going to love every single time your character speaks. The Exo male voice is actually S+ Tier
Wow dude. As a destiny veteran, from D1 through to now, with all the crap this game gets both rightfully and not, thousands of hours in it's so nice to see stuff like this and be reminded why I love this game so much. All this "oh this boss has too much hp" and "oh the grind is too much/ isn't enough" I've forgotten that what brought me into this game was how damn good the universe FEELS. Thanks for this man, hope you do more
Thank you for the warm welcome! That’s the best part. I’m big on community and meeting new people that love gaming. With that said, I’m focused on the experience and whatever that entails. I need to watch some videos on the earlier campaigns so I can understand and appreciate the playthrough more. 🫡🙏🏻
Love seeing new people enjoying the Destiny experience! Between the lore and gunplay, it’s easily one of the best games out there. Can’t wait to see you running Dungeons and Raids soon, welcome to the family guardian.
Watching this truly does bring a tear to my eye, I feel like I'm playing the game again as a new player, I appreciate newer D2 players starting off
The intro new light quest will introduce the guardian rank system. It is important to reach around rank 6 because the process of ranking up will unlock and teach you about armor mods and upgrading, which is critical for making your builds. Before doing the shadowkeep campaign, would be good to get the new light kit from Ikora once you reach the tower and do the quests to unlock your other subclasses. Also, if you have 1 or 2 other friends to play with, a lot of the game opens up and it’s more fun. I know you want to be blind, but if you have a d2 friend who can nudge you or answer questions, that is best.
I gave you a 👍🏻 solely because you said you don’t care about what’s going on with it you just wanna play it. That and you wanna hear the story and lore. I’m a veteran player of 10 years. I absolutely ❤️ this game.
Thank you for trying out the Destiny universe Guardian and not comparing it to other games. Destiny’s movement is like NO other game out there.
Eyes Up Guardian
Then I watched the entire vid and wound up subbing. Looking forward to more of your vid on this. It’s fun to see new lights make their way into the universe and experience Destiny 2 for the first time.
I've been playing Destiny 2 since Beta, 9,000 hours logged (not including the three years before I switched from PS4 to PC). For all the times the game has driven me to the edge of insanity - the PVP is... unfun when you're in high SBMM - it's still utterly unique. No other game has such a captivating setting, art style and gameplay loop, and I've made many friends over the years. I wouldn't change a thing if I was starting over again.
Been playing since the release of D1 to D2 😊 I think I’m one of the few that have loved the game since release to now. The one thing that I enjoy about Destiny is the raids, how they involve a team of people to complete puzzles and figure out mechanics to beat bosses while also indulging me with their gunplay/abilities.
seeing someone slowly make their way through this opening instead of speeding and missing information or soaking anything in is refreshing! maybe i’ll give warframe a try since you’ve made the jump to our pond :))))
Destiny Vet here. I havent seen this intro to the game before. i'm glad it makes sense and explainst stuff now. took them the whole saga to make it newbie friendly.
Destiny veteran since PS3 Alpha. Bought both games, every expansion, and seasons. I have 1,300 hours in D1 and 6,500 hours in D2. Being a huge Halo fan is what brought me to Destiny. At launch is hard to understand what type of game it was, but a year later when The Taken King released I got the bearings of it and fell in love with it. I don't play as much as I used to, but I come back from time to time. Seeing new players reminds me of why I love this universe. Hope you enjoy the ride.
Aslo Your name and picture fits, because you look like Kurt Angle to me.
Welcome! Good to see new lights coming into my favorite game, hope you enjoy!
@@Gauderekai thank you 🙏🏻
I’ve been playing Destiny 1 since it came out in 2014 and I’ve been a warlock ever since to this very day. It’s always a treat to see people enjoy the game I fell in love with 10 years ago
i have played this game since its release for years and i still love it, enjoy your adventure guardian.
Coming from a destiny vet, I enjoy watching you wayyyy more than the other dude doing this same series. Wouldn’t be surprised if you get way more views on your series than him. Keep ‘em comin and I’ll keep on watchin.
i'v play everyday for the last 7 years, I still love it.
The journey to Final Shape was 100% worth it as someone with 8k hours in D2 and Warframe combined, always cool to see people check out the other side
I have been an OG player since the beta of D1 and stayed active through all of the expansions & seasons basicly. It's been my main grind game for so long and honestly can still say I enjoy it
There have been some lesser periods over the course of 10 years for sure but the franchise has such a special place in my heart & in my opinion the pve has been in a good place and they keep improving upon it lately
I still play it pretty hardcore with my friends from over the years of playing this game every week
I've consistently played Destiny since the game had its beta on 360.
The nostalgia of watching someone jump in for the first time brings all the negativity the game has been getting that last couple of years into perspective. The few missteps don't hold a candle to the overall greatness imo.
What is a shame, though, is that new lights (that's you) won't have access to older dlc and narrative points from those,as well as all the previous seasonal plot points. Though there are channels (evaze and Byf are excellent) that have done incredible work covering plots and deep diving lore, which the game is thoroughly saturated in. They've even done incredible full story videos right up to Final Shape, which would be a great watch for any newcomers.
Take your time and enjoy the ride. Imo, Destiny has consistently offered unparalleled fps co op play and gameplay in general. It's why I've always come back after tiny breaks. I don't recall ever missing more than a single season.
At any rate,enjoy.
Been playing the game since the beta, so many ups and downs but I’ll always love this game
You'll love the Exotic version of the reimagined Khvostov. The true "Ricochet Rounds".
To kill the walker better focus one of the legs until it's neck opens then focus the neck
I’ve been playing since day 1 when Destiny came out in 2014. I’m mostly a solo casual player so it’s really the only game I play. I personally hope it stays around for years to come as I love the story, the characters and most importantly the fun play. To me no other game matches it. I will play this game as long as they still make content for it
I’ve been playing destiny since 2015 now, I still have fun, I used to have like 12 people that played but all of them had now moved on in life and it’s just down to me, so being a solo player in this game is a bit different from having a group but I still enjoy the hell outta it, enjoy the experience! 💯🤙
And now you have me….i can’t even begin to think about dungeons and raids haha. Glad to hear that you are still enjoying the game since 2015 🫡🔥
Cool to see a new player. I’ve been playing since the beginning and it’s crazy to think just how much I’ve experienced. The major flaw for new players is that a lot of content isn’t still in the game 😢
Been playing Destiny since its release back in 2014, taken some breaks at some points due to burnout but have always loved the game. Always fun seeing new player get into the game and i hope you enjoy it.
welcome, is always good to see new lights in the game
You're in for a ride enjoy and welcome to destiny
I have above 5.5k hours 4 of them on d2 and I can’t clearly say that there’s nothing like destiny 2 out there. It gets high and lows but it over much more then just worth the journey. If you need help wait learning the raids and everything I’d be happy to help.
Dude, I love this. Keep this as a series. Lots of content.
Hey brother. Glad to see a new light giving the game a fair shake. The story is excellent. I will say that this games raids are important to the story and lore. I’ve got a lot of experience teaching raids to new players. When you get to the point where you’re ready to do the raids, or if you want to do them in chronological order, just hit me up!
Welcome to Destiny, hope you enjoy. I’ve been playing since day 1 Destiny 1 and have loved nearly all of it.
This is fun. And funny, I found myself saying out loud "stop trying to slap a tank!". I'm going to watch this, keep going!
I'm a D2 vet and a Warframe vet. Loved your Tenno experience and perspectives. I'm very interested in your experience in starting D2. I've been curious about the 'New Light' experience. Enjoy dude.
I like watching new players stream their start at D2. I like the postive outlook on the game. I hope you truly enjoy it. And yes the gunplay is like no other, Bungie nailed that part pretty well.
Been playing since vanilla d1 and still love the game to death, glad to see your so interested in trying it I’ve seen other warframe players only look at chat and not actually enjoy the game
I like and subbed in the first 2 minutes out of sheer respect for your view. Not many are willing to give Destiny a chance and the sad fact is, as a player who has stuck with the series since launch, I'm not too sure how well someone CAN follow and enjoy the story. But I aim to find out through your experience.
As a D1 D2 player let me say there’s a lot to learn in a good way. The game really rewards players who manage to have lateral thinking skills, team work, thumb skill and knowledge.
I still play and enjoy the game mostly. PVP isn’t very fun with the current meta but is playable for a short while.
Happy to answer any questions you have if I can help.
Thank you for doing this just came across your channel and will continue to follow your content. Giving this game a true chance and so interest to see what new players actually see and go through. The paywall is unfortunate. I've never seen that intro before.
I've been playing Destiny since the beginning, way back in 2015. The game has definitely had it's ups and downs, and I have my own issues with it, but I still do really love the game. Always glad to see new player's perspectives on the game, seeing as how the experience of getting into it is so vastly different from when I started.
@@cody9367 glad to hear you are still playing, D1 for me was incredible. I kind of stopped gaming for many years until 2021 so there are a lot of games that I haven’t played. Strange, I know. Appreciate the kind words and nice to meet you.
I love your comment: “I’m not going to talk over dialogue and cut-scenes because I hate when I watch stuff like that! So do I brother, so do I!! Great game! I’ve been playing it since the beginning. Enjoy the ride!
You are the second TH-camr I see starting to play Destiny this week, DAMN
Free tips from a 2 and a half years experience warlock main :
- Our jump is the best in the game, but learning it requires some time. Just learn the best timing, to warlock skate you need to start gliding when you start falling so you have a strong horizontal burst, going a bit to the ground to then jump again to bounce on the ground and go even faster the more you do it
- if you want to dive really deep in movement, try solar warlock. Burst glide is the best most of the time, but you can also use some niche strafe glide techs when heat rises buff is active
- spend every second you aren’t on the game on Destiny foundry (d2foundry) and look for the most popular weapon’s roll. That’s how I learned the game and how a singular perk can make or break a build.
- as said in another comment, read everything, such as fragments in subclass, etc. so you get better faster.
- watch tutorials too if you don’t want to waste time, exotic quests such as khvostov are impossible else
Great advice right here! Greatly appreciate it. I heard there was someone else playing this coming from warframe as well. Very cool 👍
always happy to help :D
Subscribed, I'll be here for future destiny explorations.
you had me hooked with the intro, and yes i still play destiny, been a warlock main since 2015, now i can't stop using prismatic, and yes i still enjoy the game alot especially with some of the same people i met years ago on hear as well as some new guardians. Eyes Up my friend!
This is incredible to hear and thank you for the kind words/warm welcome 🙏🏻
I love to play Destiny 2, My journey started in Destiny 1.
well come to destiny guardian looking forward to watching more gameplay bro im a vet in destiny
It's awesome to see someone enjoy the game with fresh eyes! I have been at it since the beta . I can't wait until you get in the crucible!!
Welcome New Light!!! See you in the Tower!!
Just a heads up Ikora will give you a quest where your main goal is to go through timeline quests which is basically a rapid fire of the story so far with ALOT of detail left out so if you want no spoilers I would avoid those till your ready to play each campaign Although I believe it gives you the Monte Carlo as a reward for completing it. So I’ll leave you to decide that one haha.
Also it’s unfortunate but a lot of story content is left out since the main story of destiny 2 is gone so i HIGHLY recommend watching a lore video that catches you up on destiny 2’s beginning up to ShadowKeep because you’ve missed out on 3 expansions those being Warmind, Curse of Osiris, and Forsaken.
I would also recommend a lore video of seasonal content that took place between expansions as well.
Cutting the main campaign and first couple years worth of content for the sake of file size is my biggest issue with destiny 2, I feel like they should have just let use instal and uninstall individual parts of the game like crucible, campaigns, etc. like CoD does.
Enjoyable play. I like that you don't talk through the story dialog then wonder what is going on. Can't wait for more. D2 is my main game.
Top right corner of the map scream there is an icon called time line there is a few older missions you might be able to complete that show a little content from before shadowkeep
It’s nice to see new players actually enjoying D2. Once you get there I would be more than happy to help Sherpa some raids
@@raphaelsaraiva6272 that would be fantastic! Here’s the discord link if interested: discord.gg/cCdjgDvU

Love the dedication hope to see you play more. Been playing since D1❤
Ps. def should stream this for extra help imo
Great attitude, and it seems like you are actually interested in playing the game. Not just come to shit on it. I’ve been playing since D1 and I still love it. I’ll be watching your journey 👍
I wish „Red War“ was still here as an intro to the game because it was sooo much better and easier to get into the game.
Also I returned about 2 weeks ago after a 2 year pause right at the start of witchqueen bcz I got a burnout from grinding the 30th anniversary event when it came out. It’s hard to get back into it once you’re out but it’s worth it especially with friends
As someone who has been playing since the level 29 forever grind of d1 I appreciate when we hear honest feedback on what the game is and what it isn’t at times. If Bungie can stay out of its own way they have proven when they let the devs cook they cooooook. As previously mentioned, paying attention to the build crafting within the aspects, artifacts, and armor mods will help tremendously. Fingers crossed for Apollo and welcome to the community 😂(even though you aren’t a hunter main)
hey brother, welcome aboard. Still playing and will continue
It’s kinda cool to watch new people get into the game. I love that you’re looking at and appreciating the level design and art of the game. D2 has some of the most gorgeous, crazy and varied level design in gaming. I’ve been playing off and on since D1 day 1 pretty much and still love to play and jump into PvP and all activities. The game does a PISS POOR job of explaining just about everything to new players tho.
Hope you continue your play through
I'm a vet player but I like to see new players starting as it gives me satisfaction knowing there's so much to be discovered
I appreciate you stopping by to check out the video. I am genuinely excited to play through the expansions. I’m big on story and trying to understand the lore.
@@dpatriot4130 hell yeah brother if you need any help with any content please feel free to let me know I play destiny 2 daily and I'm always down to run something
love the game still, played since first expansion in D1. Still top notch shooter
Dang… this for real is new. The tower even has the HELM sitting on top. That’s crazy.
New lights won’t even know what that means 😆
But still pretty cool
I started d2 late 2019. Forsaken just became a huge hit and destiny was on the blizzard launcher still. Since then i've been sinking most of my free time into the game. Mainly raids and pvp. Yes, the pvp may appear a bit busted, but once you get to know how it workd and what to look out for, it gets really fun. Now if bungie would only release a couple more maps everything would be perfect
Welcome! As you've probably seen the D2 fanbase is quite dedicated and the algorithm seems to like Warframe players jumping onto Destiny right now haha.
You absolutely could run through this alone and really enjoy the experience but you might want to consider perhaps livestreaming the journey? Just so it's a bit more interactive and you can get useful tips or helpers where necessary.
Of course, the major downside is the community can get a little TOO excited and might want to spoil stuff but that can be remedied if you have a couple solid mods.
But yeah, food for thought but a fun vid overall!
D1 vet here, I still enjoy playing D2. Welcome to the fold, guardian.
Many would say D2 is at it's worst, or that since the DCV(content vaulting) appeared, D2 doesn't feel the same.
I honestly don't care, the game still gives me content to play, loot to pursue, and hours of playtime with my friends every week.
D2 isn't my main game now, but not because I'm burned out, but because after 7 years playing it weekly, I have everything the game has, except of the current season/episode stuff.
Still, if you enjoy the game and wanna get into it, I recommend you look up a few D2 campaign walkthroughs to know what the vaulted stories are and to get you up to speed. Mainly D2 vanilla, curse of osiris, warmind, forsaken and seasonal stories.
"no markings" keeps the marking
I love your warframe content. It's one of the reasons i dell in love with the game. However ive been i destiny player since day 1 and for all its issues outside the game I do love it. Can't wait to see you play through
@@dubiousjester475 thank you so much! Warframe is a blast and will continue to be a focus. I just really have the itch to play Destiny 2. There was a span of many years where I didn’t play video games, just picked it back up in 2021 and haven’t taken my foot off the gas. So, having never played this, it was too good to pass up. Hopefully I have a lot of content with the expansions. Appreciate you! 🙏🏻
Now's a great time to have gotten all the expansions, seeing as how there's a $75 that has literally everything in the game including Final Shape. Don't think it's EVERY been that cheap.
I just recently started playing again pretty heavily but I’m enjoying myself a lot
I still play Destiny regularly. Playing in moderation is probably the key. That said, I don't really have any other games that I play, aside from the occasional Darktide match and recently Space Marine 2. I also don't play any endgame content like Grandmaster Nightfalls, Raids, or anything that can't really be done solo.
Most of my Destiny game time these days is spent helping randoms through legendary campaign content, slowly grinding up raid currency, and a ton of transmog/fashion.
Hell yeah.
Welcome, brother.
Not comparable to other games, is its own animal
Im a d1 vet played until taken king i skipped rise of iron i hate I did but jumped on d2 played until forsaken took a break came back during witch queen and never left. This is the second warframe player jumping to destiny I love it I play destiny religiously don’t rush to do a dungeon or a raid understand the game fully I usually tell new players depending on experience give yourself at least 3 months of playing before a raid but watching u u have. An idea of what’s goin on so welcome to the light guardian I hope we see. New rise of guardians cause the older guardians are full of toxicity right now seeya starside
I am a Destiny veteran after the last expansion I stopped playing actually D1 was incredible. I enjoyed that much more than D2.
We never ever ever leave the solar system
1:15 omg ty for that it pisses me off so much when ppl talk over cutscenes and then wonder why they dont know wtf is happening in the story
It’s a tough thing to do I’m sure when streaming. I’ve always tried my best to prioritize what is happening in front of me in the game and keep chat in the background. Sounds selfish, but is the right way to play. What would you do if you were by yourself - Pay attention to the game you’re playing right? lol
As a destiny 1 and 2 grinder this game is good but the grind doesnt stop if you have money and time you can find some really fun moments in this game I've been on and off it for 10 years
I didn’t remember how good the intro was
