- 3 Steps to answer this question:
1. Tell a quick story that shares a soft skill/ hard skill like communication skills, industry specific knowledge etc.
2. Include how it helped a previous employer.
3. Wrap it up by telling the interviewer why you are a great fit for the job.
These things should be taught from the school level itself but in most of the school they are just teaching algebra and trigonometry which is no way useful in IT companies...in this age after ug or pg learning new things like this and getting practice is really hard...every school should have a extra classes for soft skills and students should be trained in softskills which is more important in corporate and also in all the fields
Chatgpt will reply like this if i asked, but how to think of such answers in general and speak/convey this fluently?
