I just had the craziest experience of my life. I have done a little meditation before but I am no expert. I am a very, very, beginner. I saw this video and thought I would try it. The minute your hands went up my body went numb and I felt electricity through my body, I have never felt anything like it. my face was completely numb. I could not hold on to my tablet. My whole was warm. and it was the most fantastic feeling. It was close to euphoria. Has this ever happened to a beginner before? w
The Reiki symbols are primarily used to connect with a specific energy. I have found that once a practitioner is comfortable with connecting to the energy, drawing the symbols isn't a necessity. I do say them to myself and then the energy flows. Thanks again for the inquiries!

She is sending Reiki energy through the videos. Some people feel energy and others don't, even if you don't feel energy, if you allow the Reiki energy to flow to you and help you then it will. If you can daydream with your eyes open in seconds, I think that's a form of meditating in my opinion.
Very interesting experience. First felt a tightness around the center of my forehead, like it feels when I have a very very dull headache there (usually sinuses or barometric change), but then the tightness changed to a tingling sensation, then I saw some words flash across my mind: "If you pay more attention to your heightened awareness after this, shield and ground yourself, and write down what you experience. Trust your intuition more!"
Hi! I'm going to answer these questions separately due to lack of space. In this video I sent Reiki to open up the third eye and increase intuition. Some people whose third eye opens up find that it increases the amount of communications with other energy forms, but not necessarily their clairvoyance. This video works on both aspects.

Hi booginas, Lilac Flower is right. Some people are sensitive and can feel the energies and others can't. Daydreaming can be meditative just like working out, gardening, walking, and other activities that take you away from your surroundings and let you relax. Meditation can be just breathing and paying attention to your breath. You may need to try different ways before finding what works for you. Lourdes

Hi! The Reiki is transmitted through the intention. To receive it, just sit back and relax. You might feel at peace, calm, feel hot or cold or even tingling and vibrations. The video is just a tool to help reach people through TH-cam. I could do it through a phone conversation, a dvd, an mp3, or without any of them. Reiki is energy and is transmitted through thought and intention.

that was really powerful, thank you! I started feeling in immediately after you put your hands up. I'm VERY sensitive to energy, and feel really clear right now. I never expected to be able to receive Reiki through the internet! I experienced crazy involuntary body twitches (which to me signify energy waves) which slowed towards the end, and I had a visualization of my brain as a pink rose blooming. Really cool!

For me so far upon watching this video) I felt the energy making my hands hot with bursts of reiki energy at times coming in very strong giving me sharp jolts to small areas of palms and fingers. I also felt the energy in the back of my hands even though my palms were facing the screen. This powerful energy also tickled my face, like it was dancing on my face.

Hi Voxer reacts, I haven't heard it described as sticky before, but the muscles almost being numb could be your body's way of relaxing them. If the energy doesn't feel right for you, don't play the video again. Try another one of my videos and if you feel the same type of sensations, it could be that the Reiki vibrations I share may not work with your body's frequency and you may wish to try some other practitioner's Reiki on TH-cam.

Hi! When starting to work with increasing psychic ability I recommend doing meditations. For me, guided meditations worked the best. They taught me how to focus and increase my abilities. I suggest John Holland's Psychic Navigator or John Edward's dvd series. Both are a good starting point for increasing and improving psychic skills.

The energy in this video is meant to clear up anything that may be hindering your psychic ability. For some people it may feel like pressure is building and then going down again. It is like using a blender. You may blend somethings really quickly and then go to a lower setting and then go back up to a higher setting to blend the rest. It is the same idea with energy.

When I send Reiki via the videos, I keep reiterating the intention over and over again. This helps me stay focused on the theme. When I do Reiki in person, I state the intention once and then let my mind clear. Hope this helps.

hi! I experienced some faint light when i closed my eyes during the sessions, sometimes a black screen, then the image of a loved one. Heck in the first image i saw was a lady sitting with a light above her head, then when i opened my eyes i realized that i was faintly seeing your image from the video.
I felt this on my feet! Very ticklish... :D

You can be sitting down just breathing regularly or if you would like to try raising your hands, you can. Some people like to raise their hands for a minute or two, because they feel the Reiki more strongly in their palms. Whatever is the most comfortable for you to do is what I recommend. +Liza, You are welcome. Opening up the Third Eye can cause some people to receive images in their sleep or to see in their minds eye images not readily available to others around them. Since the goal of the video is to assist people (harm none, benefit all) I don't believe that hallucinations will happen . Besides the goal, the video is for all types of psychic abilities, not just clairvoyance. So for some, it is not the Third Eye that will open up, but perhaps their clairaudience. One thing I suggest is that if you are very sensitive to energy to always carry or wear grounding/protective crystals/minerals like Black Tourmaline, Hematite, Obsidian, and Black Onyx. Between my eyes it feel numb and like something moving. My chest feel a little tight and am weak. My for head still feel weird.
