I, myself have been playing these videos for quite a time now. The best is when I'd let certain ones play in the family room where everyone in my lil family sits. It helps with calming and a sense of peace when at most needed. I go to sleep with your "personal wellbeing" Playlist playing.. It soothes me out and I go to sleep. I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about reiki via a youtube video but I can definitely feel this.
You maybe heard about the quantum field. Everything that is, was and will be is saved in the quantum field. When our lovely Lourdes gave this transmission, it´s "data" had been saved in the quantum field. There´s no time. No past, no future - just an eternal now.
Another example: Your favorite song. Everytime You listen to it via CD, MP3, "TH-cam" etc. and You feel good You have access to that saved data/information, although the medium may have been recorded decades ago!
You can watch this tranmission on "TH-cam", download it or burn it on a CD - it doesn´t matter. It´s just an access to the information saved in the eternal quantum field!
If You are trained very, very well You can recieve this transmission by only thinking of it.

Hello I just had my first ever reiki session with your video . After a few minutes I felt my right arm paining . What does this indicate . The pain is not unbearable just a bit. Also for a second i felt like a pin prick on my root chakra area .
