tbh the swinging is so fast now you can travel across the city super fast while it still being fun and if you put the assist on 0 the speed is more consistent
I am 8 hours in, 49% completed. Have 2 missions until I get the black suit. Also I am the type of person to finish everything as it pops up. The smoke and mirror suit is so cool(my most recent completion reward). And these tips all work
I have a very BASIC question. So...if your on top of a building and all you want to do is go over the ledge and crawl on the side if the building, how do you do that without jumping in the air and whipping around like a crazy person until you make your way back to the building and then stick to the wall?
I wish there was a skill where you could either parry in the air or doge cancel into parry. Feels like it would benefit the already fluid flow of combat of this game but, I suppose it would make the combat more reactive and less strategic in your spidy placement
I love the parry system but god damn is difficult to pull of in ultimate diff bc I press L1 when it turns red but it still hits me and does like half my health but doesn’t even parry the window feel twice as small
I've noticed that parrying in this game doesn't work the way you would think. It is different than other games where you just press it. From what i can understand in this it seems you have to commit to it meaning you hold the parry button and then release when it turns red. The timing is tricky and it takes alot to get used to but pressing it right before an attack has never worked for me.
It would’ve been great if they gave us 4 shortcut buttons on the D pad, so you could’ve did all of your abilities on the D pad, but they only gave us two
That would ruin the purpose of the combo abilities and you will have to heal and use your phone app with a combo button. You're only making it harder for yourself that way.....
My Peter is always using anti-venom parry even though I use he’s iron arm powers. Is it possible to switch from anti-venom to iron arms? (Parry animation)

Still don't understand why there isn't an option for spidey to stay attached to his Web as long as you hold l2 so you can loop anytime you want etc. I hate the control is taken away from you. If I hold the button it's my choice to stay tethered right?
First impressions are great, but man I already hate the new parry system and how a lot of recharging is centered around that. Kinda gets me out of the combat flow and u are screwed if u miss it on harder difficulties... ,)
100 percent agree it’s such a stupid feature the combat was fine as it was half the time you can’t tell if it’s a normal attack or a unblockable attack so when you dodge the unblockable you have no time to parry it giving the enemy a free night it’s just straight up stupid
@@CjancnxDjwkxkxsj yeah, honestly that’s my only complaint. Due to the fast paced nature of the game, you can just get into the rhythm of dodging normally and just get smacked with an only parryable attack even while spamming the block button. It’s way too unforgiving.
@@Gage-hu7fp Kid, i was playing the first two games on ultimate with no damage runs, lol. This game indeed is harder due to the fact that parrying has another layer of timing and challenge, but it doesn't feel rewarding and thought out bc it stops you from having a flow in combat...

Another good tip I found in settings was the enemy shading system! Making a certain enemy type ie ranged, brute etc, much more noticeable

Try going on the abilities tab I don’t think it’ll have the black color to the abilities but if ur asking for the moves then go to abilities

Only when it's not present in the story. You can toggle it on and off I believe.

Mindlessly want to finish the game? If the devs didn't want you to fast travel they wouldn't make it a feature to unlock in the game lol
If you are at one end of the map and need/want to get to the opposite side instantly fast travel essential and THE only way to do it
Solve small crimes if you want to farm levels while unlocking everything
