Mousse can create the effect cause his hair is heavy can be greasy so he has to wash it daily why not put a little mousse in or conditioning gel activator….😊
This hair type can have styling fun or not but tends to look flat when no style or volume…flat hair don’t fit his face type….however…

When I do these cuts I always do the sides while the top is clipped up and way I don't have to worry about the curtains getting in the way while doing the side tapers
