Right on, right on, West Coast Represent! Thank you for the time and effort to post this. Whenever I search for podcasts/ videos about fiber events, I rarely find anything in California. I would not have known about this event without you, and I live in Vacaville. I will definitely attend next year. Thank you so, so much.
So happy you were able to find this! I was able to come across this festival because of a knitting friend on instagram :) it's funny how small the world can feel if only we look close enough
i'm so glad someone vlogged the festival! i had my little kids with me so i didn't get to see that last stall you visited. now i feel like i experienced all of it
It was so nice to meet you in person!!! I had such a great day and the vibes were ✨Can't wait to see what you knit up with the yarn you won! I definitely feel like I go through manic episodes where I'm constantly knitting, or thinking of new projects, but then I burn myself out from knitting and even watching podcasts. Knitting for enjoyment as a hobby should come before before content creation, and should really be up to what you're feeling. I personally have a hard time feeling inspired to work on anything during the summer because I have other things I want to go out and do!
Vibes on 10! Sunnies, nails, Starbies, sunshine, and yarny things! I’m glad that you had fun at the festival and were able to go with a friend. It’s important to enjoy moments where we can. And also be honest with ourselves with where we are and what we’re feeling. Perfection is not a thing and it’s okay to need a rest or pause and reset. As long as you live authentically, things will be okay. ❤
Yes!! It was so nice to talk about all things knitting and feel understood/not a burden? and thank you for the kindest words as always :) it's good to keep in mind perfection isn't real, because i have for sure fallen victim trying to attain it!!
@@feelinfroggyknits I think reminding ourselves of that is something we have to do consistently. It’s never a one and done, no matter how we might wish it to be. 😅
I hope you feel free to take your time and get back into things when you feel inspired! I love your channel and I know you're just getting started, but you'll make exciting content when you're in the right headspace. :-)
This is so so sweet thank you!! I know what it feels like to be making these videos when I'm in the right headspace and it so so good, just trying to get back to that place :)
