Bianca was the only contestant on drag race that there was no question from beginning to end that she was going to finish the competition on top. I never felt that she was out to make RuPaul proud of her or that she was doing it for anybody but to be the best that she could be for herself. There was no agenda she just put everything she had into it and came out on top. Bianca is so talented and and such an amazing drag queen she doesn't need to attach herself to drag race to be successful.
Kathy lost her schtick as the "Outsider" and being on the D-List, that was really the entire foundation of her act, now that she is a minor star in her own right she has nothing to play on, her acts are played out and the material is tired, she has not evolved her comedy in the way Joan did throughout her career. I am also not a fan of her hardcore collecting of the gay community and our idols, it's like "the gays" are something you can own, an accessory, it takes the human element out of the person and seems very disingenuous. She's had two T.V shows tank in the last 3 years, her specials are without direction and lack humour. I applaud her for her tenacity and have enjoyed seeing her time to time on television, but her prowess as a great performer is slipping, fast. Bianca is a gem along with Amy Schumer, both smart, genuine, and talented.

Kathy has always said she cannot tell a one liner for shit, that she is more sarcastic and a story teller. As noted, her comedy was genius because she was one of the people on the outside looking in, while she is now on the inside. That being said, her last comedy special, or two, we're funny enough, a handful before that were not good at all, but the first batch was pretty genius. I also heard a recording of her in Australia a year or two ago and it was really good. I like the story telling. I get tired of the one liners
I think the reason Kathy Griffin was able to sell out many tickets and is popular is because that she's able to give out celebrity gossip from her perspective.
LOVE Bianca, she's the funniest queen to come out of Drag Race but the Kathy Griffin trashing is off base. It's one thing to humorously read other performers as part of your act, but I personally find trashing other people's creative output to be unsettling and off putting. Griffin isn't a set-up-punchline comedian, but the great thing about comedy is that there are so many forms of it. Griffin was (and continues to be) part of a movement in comedy that freed the form from the restrictions of traditional joke telling. It's fine to "not get" her, or to prefer the style or comedy of someone else ( I too have laughed myself hoarse at a Lisa Lampanelli show) but to trash her as talentless just doesn't sit well with me. I believe creative people should stick by each other. Comedians and all artists should stick up for each other, not tear each other down.
