I like the Pools VR. It really conveys the feeling of how weird it would feel if you were trapped in rooms with full of water. Not every game must be a zombie shooter.
Casual VR guy here. Human within is probably the game I’m most excited about since I got the 3 last year. I feel like it will blend VR experience and entertainment like we haven’t seen yet.
VR with DnD?! YES PLEASE! Even if its a mixed tabletop with zoomable landscapes and such. Or FPV wizards, rogue elves with bows, or a clunky barbarian with a great axe. Yes yes yes
It may seem uncommon, but can’t wait for Pools. There hasn’t been any decent Backrooms VR games out there that haven’t been half complete, look awful, or experimental.
You couldn't pay me to play that Cave Crave game, lol. Not saying it won't be good but the thought of getting stuck in a cave is one of my biggest fears.
At this point, Quest has such a huge lead it'll take either miraculous hardware at miraculous prices (ie apple vision quality at quest price) or killer must-have exclusive app for reasonably priced hardware to knock them off their perch. And I suspect that the Quest 4 will have pancake OLED with close to apple resolution and microprocessor for under $1K. With their library, that would be hard to beat.
just recently got a new pc, i have a ques 3s and a psvr2, my wifi isnt the best so i got to use a usb cable for the quest to play on pc, should i just invest into the psvr pc adapter for a better experience ? or am i just fine using the quest with link
@sodapopinksi667 yes I did try once unfortunately im a little too far from my router where I’m currently at and it makes the the latency on the controller pretty bad, so until I get a better router or extender , i gotta use a wired solution for now
Those games in the video I skip all of them on my PC I hope Meta announce more bangers soon, Nothing besides Alyx and Metro comes close to Batman, Assassins Creed and Asgard's Wrath, the Standalone exclusives are usually more polished and well made
Many interesting titles are coming, 2025 could also be another good year for VR. Wanderer is already here, from hearsay, already at Alyx level, and the upcoming remake could probably surpass it. And Gunman Contracts - Stand Alone is my most anticipated VR title. Edit: I hope they don't take offence, but I would like to point out Homeworld: Vast Reaches(Steam).
I would be interested in you covering the interactive game. Never played a VR game live actors, so I wonder if it even works. Pushing different approaches to VR games is important though. All the shooters & vehicle sims get boring after awhile:)
Unfortunately the only games that stand out to me are Wanderer and Gunman, I’m really hoping for some surprise announcements for 2025, idk how you beat 2024
I don't see nothing to be excited In 2024 we got Batman, Zero Caliber 2, Behemoth, Aliens and some surprises like Triangle Strategy VR I don't see a single announced VR game to be excited in 2025 But let's hope to see what else can be announced
@@ZFCaio what? Yes this is a list of games, I am saying its missing a lot of cool 2025 VR games that aren't directly in a quick steam search. The hell you on about man lol.
@@bearofthewest389 my point was just that 2024 had much better games, my list has the main ones, of course there is much more, I bought Metal Hellsinger on Steam for example
Hope Robo Quest doesn't give me motion sickness. I barely actually play anything, but I played a ton of the flat version. Also will keep an eye on Human Within. I'm a sucker for cheesy FMV games.
A Human Within could be nice. I enjoyed The Faceless Lady very much and I think there aren’t enough good 360 stereoscopic movies around. I’m also curious about The Midnight Walk, I like the clay-stop motion look very much, I hope they make a good game. For the price, I might even try Pools too. Do you know if there will be a PC VR version for Aliens Rouge Incursion? About Pimax Dream: please people, do not pre-order, you’ll be throwing away your money. If the Valve Deckard becomes a reality, they have my money. Also, I enjoyed Vertigo 2 a lot (except the skeleton boss with the turbant) so, looking forward to the DLC too .
What is this 4th chaam you speak of? Jokes aside it kinda seems like Gunman is doing everything right that hitman has repeatedly failed at. It's going to be really comical if they slap hitmans devs in the face by including really good stealth on top of the origional mods crazy good combat.
7:35 I've noticed that (in VR) Unreal engine titles tend to be much worse than other engines, in particular Unity. There are some that are alright. But it seems that Unreal Engine doesn't shine when it comes to realistic, fluid, fast interactions. Also strong tendency towards a lot of bugs.
Why is every game a first person shooter? 😅 Would love to see some more variety in VR games. Definitely interested in DND VR…not nearly enough turn based RPG experiences in VR.
Honestly the only game I'm remotely excited about is pirates vr. Even that one may be meh. Maybe we will have to wait until spring time for some actual big games to be announced.
If you’re stand alone. The most used VR headset for PCVR on Steam is the Quest2 follow by the Quest 3 and the valve index at 3rd according to Steam’s own Steam report.
Its like every year. Mobilw Gamera have to wait until Oktober/November (Christmas market) or on the realeas of a new Quest HMD to get "good" new VR Games😅
Rather see more original things like the cave climbing versus endless and endless shooters upon shooters. Maybe I'm just getting old but I haven't touched a FPS in nearly 10 years because they're just not entertaining after 5,000+ are released in 10 years.
Many titles to play and i agree with most of your statements, i do hope they do a PCVR port of Hitman if it's good. As far as Pimax goes, they have proven one thing and one thing only from when they began till now, THEY NEVER DELIVER! So they are just a waste of money! Even if it gets made, you can bet, it lacks features and will have zero support! Honestly they are just giving VR a bad name these days! I hope Valve will do a better job, but, they and Google/Samsung are way WAY behind Meta now, they'd have to sell a cheaper headset with no library! If anything i think Meta will benefit from the billions they invested the coming years, and not a fanboy, but they should, they are the biggest reason for VR growth. Hope the competition isn't too late!
@@andreasmoller9798 Not for me, I don't have a racing wheel, and I am not super interested in Racing sims, I prefer arcade games like Forza Horizon (I've been playing this one on my SteamDeck).
It’s not always about mechanics, it’s a subliminal experience. The objective is to explore and solve a hidden puzzle. It’s a flat PC port. I don’t know what you were expecting them to change. There is Roblox Backrooms if you want mechanics.

What game are you most looking forward to.
Arken age is easily my most anticipated psvr2 game. Hopefully it lives up to the trailers.

Human Within review, yes please! Nice to see all those great titles on the PSVR2.
Heads up, Midnight Walk is incorrectly labeled as Aces of Thunder
Man , there needs to way more vr content . To many TH-camrs and not enough content . Recycled info every 3 weeks .
They all do the exact same videos lmao and it is always trying to build hype for the same games.
@@jonissues1914you’re not wrong.
I'm most excited about Aces of Thunder. There is also a Rick and Morty game someone kind of put together.
Can't wait, this year was overwhelmingly good and 2025 looks very good as well
Definitely cover Human Within.
Great list, VR games are just getting better every time🔥
Absolutely sick list of games for 2025!!

Midnight walk “doesn’t look cool”?!? Thats the one thing it does at the moment… look cool 😂

Everyone comparing PSVR2 to Quest, both systems have good and bad, let’s just enjoy VR no matter what system you’re using. Enjoy

I have a Steam Deck & Quest 3 right now and let me tell you if Valve combines these two in 2025 that's going to be a game changer 💯
Pirate VR looks interesting. The 3D movie one looks cool, shame it is just on the Quest. Aces of Thunder is on my wish list.
