Regular Tarkov has been ruined by cheaters and poor game development but if you own it you can download and play SPT or "Single Player Tarkov", a community project separate from the tarkov devs, which is modable and amazing because of the community behind it.

I almost bought it just for the single player mod, but I just could bring myself to give those developers money!
