Are you referring to the highlighting application? I have a video on that. You are no longer required to demonstrate the virgin lightener all-over application for the VA state board.

You know you could cut the hair get closer when you cut the hair because in the video it looks like you’re not even caught your 3 inches away from the hair when you cut the hair

Do you have to have a case for your shears? I do not have one so should I get one? Would any storage type container be acceptable?
