- Testimony continues in the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard in a Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom. Josh Drew, the ex-husband of Heard's friend Raquel Pennington, was asked about late-night visitors that Heard had at her home with Depp while the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor was away. Drew confirmed that "more than 30 times" Heard had visitors over to her house late at night when Depp wasn't home.

They were all so concerned for her safety, but not enough to cease living in Mr. Depp's properties for free. These people were and always will be leeches. If I thought my friend was being abused by their spouse, I'd have them out of that situation in a heartbeat. I'd not illegally change the locks on the doors for the soul purpose of CLAIMING those properties from the actual owner because I felt entitled. This is just ridiculous at this point.

I was neutral in the beginning, but now I believe Johnny. Amber’s story has way too many inconsistencies.
She has ruined it for real domestic abuse victims by lying - setting back the movement against domestic violence.
I think despite the mayority of domestic abuse victims are women, there are a important porcentage of men suffer domestic abuse. In both cases the abuser has a similar behavior.

What man is going to admit they are being abused by a woman? And especially in this day and age, we see a _LOT_ of betas out there. Keep in mind men are pretty easily manipulated when they want to be with a woman they believe they want and love. Same applies to Johnny Depp. Not to mention how in his case not being sober most of the time definitely didn't help him.

So she needed to get a leg up on the divorce, and what better way than to claim abuse. It's sad to say but what she did is so cliche. Claim abuse, file for divorce, get the no contact order so you can stay in his house and nobody questions it.
And then when she goes to get her divorce, she looks like the pitiful victim and ends up getting his money and whatever the hell she wants.
She underestimated Johnny. She thought he was just going to roll over and take her abuse like everyone else. But there comes a time where you can only push a man so far until he says "enough is enough!".

I would be beside myself embarrased to testify like this as a freeloader / squatter. Surley changing the locks on a property that does not belong to you is not legal. Johnny is such a giving and caring soul, he deserves to have his name cleared and a bright future with someone who will treat him with respect and dignity, not finding out that human fecal matter is in his bed.

She witnessed everything and testify everything to the court without any hesitation. Why are all her friends so hesitant and claimed to have foggy memories? 🤔

The craziest thing for me as a DV survivor, it was extremely hard for me to date again. I was terrified of men, I almost felt paranoid and overthought every outing to keep myself safe...I keep saying was but I AM still like this. I realize everyone is different but she literally was with someone else before she even divorced him.
I totally agree. I was abused by my ex. The emotional abuse affected me to the point I had little self esteem left. There was no way in hell I would go near another man that soon. I still have trouble almost 6yrs later

I didn’t realize how this case has been active since 2016. Now I’m understanding Isaac Baruch’s examination, how he got emotional explaining the whole thing is negatively affecting so many people, especially the ones who are close with Johnny Depp. 5-6 years of listening to AH lies and such. Usually the victims are uncomfortable just being in the same room with their abuser but AH from the beginning was never afraid of JD, until the whole world is watching. Just seems odd how everyone (doctors, officers, therapists, staffs, JD)’s testimony are wrong except for Amber’s story.
Also, everyone is making fun of Amber Heard’s lawyers, and I don’t blame them but I’m starting to believe all of the great lawyers out there are aware of Amber’s actions so they just refuse to represent her. It’s such a high profile case and yet AH chose a team that are disorganized, uninformative, confuse etc.
They only heard Ambers side of the story when they agreed to accept the case. I’m sure once they started to really see how she is they were in disbelief & were sorry.
She’s trying to secure her next role.
The one thing that got me during the case is, its a blink and you'll miss it moment, but there is a moment where Amber is seen showing something (I believe it to was Ben Rottenborn) and the lawyer literally shook his head at her. You cant make this up.
She is a liar and has serious issues. As someone who has experienced domestic abuse, I do not believe how long she was willing to stay with him and antagonize him in multiple situations. Abuse survivors do not want to stay- they want to avoid their abuser. She kept going back for altercations with him. Her testimony is utterly unbelievable. And it is obvious that her friends are being manipulated by her. I hope they realize how they are destroying a life.
If my husband and I went searching for a friend we hadn't heard from in a while and found her home trashed... If I asked my husband to go home while I searched the rest of the house, he'd be right to look at me like I'd lost my damn mind.

I would have more respect for Amber if she would have said Johnny was an out of control alcoholic and addict with an inability to engage in the type of relationship that I wanted. I am guilty of pushing his buttons and pushing him to places that I shouldn't have. Things were extremely toxic for both of us. We verbally assaulted each other, I physically assaulted him out of frustration.
I am so sorry that things went this far.
But I needed to do this to get out the truth, the whole truth.
I don't want anything from Johnny. I just want to raise awareness of what a toxic relationship looks like from both sides.

The more I hear her friends (or former friends) talk the more my heart breaks for Johnny. They are all so rehearsed. Ask them any question outside the rehearsed answers and they crumble. I don't believe them for a second.
Amber’s handwriting in the love journal is the exact same as this. She began mimicking his handwriting (so BDP) when they started dating obviously, and was able to make it look like he wrote things like this. The giveaway is the way she uses large and small uppercase next to one another. In particular the way the letter ‘U’ is written. Her writing in this style has a more elongated style with overwriting that is less messy (congruent with the neatness of her cursive style). His style is stretched more horizontally and is messier when he overwrites to emphasise/embolden letters.

I can tell you from my experience. Is being a domestic violence survivor. The last thing I would be interested in doing but be moving on and dating. Let alone within a period of time of having a domestic violence violence order. Amber claims she truly loved him. Everything she does and everything she says counteracts that you Facts. A true victim goes through periods of denial heartbreak and embarrassment. And 100% you on a distance yourself away from any male. Amber heard has nothing been spit on every action every actual survivor. I have absolutely no respect for what she is doing and has done. Because it ruins it for true survivors. And it will make it difficult for the police or others to believe what really is going on for people that really needed. Also how disgusting that all these people that he was supported. Johnny was allowing all of them to live in his properties and his apartments for free. What kind of an evil tyrant would do that?
It terrifies me that someone might be willing to put makeup on their face to make it look like they had bruises or stage a picture of a broken bed with a knife and parade around their friends just to hurt you.

My narcissistic ex used to hit himself in the face and bash his head into the wall if he felt like he was losing an argument. Hearing all the crazy tapes from Amber, laughing psychotic like, not letting Johnny leave when he needed time to, screaming at him, putting him down, throwing things etc. are all too familiar to me. Amber needs help but much like my narcissistic ex, she won’t get it bc ppl like that don’t look in the mirror.
This is WHY you don’t trust just anyone around your private home life. Remember your wife or husbands family/ friends are NOT yours. I was in an abusive relationship for two years and wasn't even allowed to have friends and he forced me to cut off communication with everyone I know so if Johnny is abusive, he's a pretty nice abuser letting all her friends live there for free.

Just feeling more sorry for Johnny every day. All these supposed friends of hers that he helped out, letting them live in his penthouses for free. They all used him, and even now they are turning on him when all he did was help them and be their friend. They repay him by betraying him in the worst possible way. Just a sick group of people.
There are people that cause destruction and blame it on their spouse or others to set things like this up and/or have a mental condition. While I worked in hospital there was a very ill baby that kept seizing. We became suspicious and inserted a hidden camera in the ceiling while parent was out of room. Then we saw the cause. She was holding her hand over baby's mouth until she could not breathe and seized. Of course she was arrested and psychologically diagnosed with a mental disease name (I can't remember) but it's similar to the disease of self harm such as cutting, etc. whereas they usually only cut to the point of harm but not death like she was doing to this baby by holding her back from breathing until baby seized. These folks destruct items physically and/or harm themselves and blame others for what happened for attention and are very revengeful. It is dangerous to have relationships with these people in my opinion.
The mental condition you’re talking about is Munchausen by proxy. Münchausen syndrome (not by proxy which involves someone else) is someone claiming themselves to have continual dramatic events in their life such as being the victim of abuse. So you’re spot on.

I think that when he and Rocky entered the penthouse Rocky told him to go back home so that she could go upstairs and paint some bruises on a face. Why was he sent away for a mere 10 or 15 minutes only to be called back to witness pictures being taken of alleged bruises.
In some of her interviews when they pulled up recordings you can even hear her taunting Johnny with her evil laugh and most people who now abusers they have this evil laugh to manipulate the situation and cause they’re a victim to be even more startled. I hope the judge sees into all this manipulation

If my best friend had injuries or bruises, the last thing I would be concerned about would be if the photos (evidence) was taken with whatever device would hold up in court?! I'd be so much more concerned with my friends wellbeing, maybe they need treatment, or maybe, don't stay with him/live there. I think these friends witnessing the "abuse" they believe she went through, have come in after she and Johnny had an argument and they didn't see the abuse SHE caused and they didn't realize that he was likely just defending himself or trying to get away from her, resulting in her getting hurt inadvertently. I've HAD THIS happen to me. My ex pushed me down and strangled me in a way that didn't leave bruises on my neck and I hit him over the head with my phone in defense. When the cops showed up, they said they didn't see any marks on me and that they could legally arrest ME because he had a gash on his head from me hitting him with my phone. I think they did believe me, but legally, they were just warning that he could also press charges because I had no visible marks. Neither of us pressed charges but because the apt was in my name and he hadn't even lived there for a month yet, I told the cops he needs to leave and legally they couldn't tell me NOT to kick him out. And to make sure we were BOTH safe because they weren't sure who started it, they drove him somewhere so I could go back in my home.
So her having a mark is NOT proof that he's abusive. They have no clue who started it. It doesn't matter how much stronger he is or how many rings he has. If you have a crazy woman trying to fight you, even if she can't do much damage, a one time punch or otherwise push, or even a headbutt, as he did, to deflect further altercation from her is defensive. She had already harmed him with a bottle and his finger was cut off.
For anyone who argues that he told people OTHER reasons for his finger, as a victim of abuse, I have lied and covered for my abuser so my family and friends don't think I'm stupid for staying and because I didn't want more drama or abuse from my abuser if they found out I told someone, ESPECIALLY the abusers own family and friends.

Just another thing: How can a third person and especially a non-doctor know whether another person has been prescribed drugs or not?! Second if u see the pics and listened to some of the statements that some of her druggy friends and sis made her bruises all seem to be on the right side of her face! JD is right handed! It's very sad to learn what this couple went through. It was not a marriage, it was HELL! One is a neurotic psycho and the other, sadly a drug addict. There is no doubt that Ms Heard is a compulsive liar, but in all honesty living with an individual with such addiction is not easy at all. Though there are mostly lies from Amber, there certainly are things that might have happened from the other side. Addicted individuals are not easy to deal with. People with addictions suffer from Hallucinations, erratic crazy behavior, delusions mental confusion and Behavior changes with aggression. These are causes due to drugs and alcohol consumption in excess. It may not define the person's morals and principles. But unfortunately negative symptoms of drug abuse can actually happen. May God bless their separate paths and fill them with peace in their lives.

I believe that Josh Drew is telling the truth as it was told to him. I don't believe Raquel though. I think when Johnny left, Amber went into a rage and hysterically called Raquel to blame Johnny. She either did all the mess quickly by herself which would take less than 5 minutes or together she and Raquel roughed it up. It is still mysterious why the police didn't see the wine in the hall. Did they know that the entire floor was owned by one mega movie star? I believe PO Melissa Sines said they didn't know.

I’m a no DV survivor yet I had about 7 years of experience (well not an experience but more of a nightmare that I couldn’t wake up from nor didn’t have any hope that I will ever be able to) living in with my aunts house who had an alcoholic abuser husband. At the beginning you will feel like you can change him my aunt once spoken/advised after a serious incident “I initiated”. These type of small clashes were never ending when there are 4 boys of same age, and 4 girls also same age lived in a tiny one story, 2 bedroom and a kitchen house. And somehow that person will find out about it and will present it to you, to everyone in the house until late night 2-3am. Nagging with a wild roaring, closed fists swinging around you is the nicest calmest evenings. We would see a nose bleeding, bruising, girls crying begging for their “dad” to stop, all freezing in the night huddling within a garden bush to wait for him to ran out of energy or finish breaking things and sleep, so we could tip toe in to go under our blankets. How can you be sure that these so called injuries were done by JD if you never caught him in the act and that AH is known to also punch her friends in the face?
