Very excellent workmanship. There is a question which has confused me since long .why is it that when I place a small fan on the cold side of heat sink the temperature inside the mini fridge starts rising .When I remove it the temperature falls to 5 .0 degrees .

Depends on what the amps are. If it can supply 5+ amps then it will work properly, anything lower will dis function

No it can be used as a small unit only, if you want to make a large you will have to use more thermoelectric modules.
