I’ve had this couch for over six months…love it! It is a cream color, comfy, easy to fluff. It does pill slightly, so be aware of the type of fabric on dark colored throws/blankets. Worth it.

I’ve received 2 of the pieces in September and scheduled for 2 more to arrive next week. Hopefully the last piece comes before end of November. So excited! Your recommendation definitely help with deciding to make the investment.
Received the final piece the first of November. If you are ok with getting it in pieces I would reach out to Ashley and ask them to deliver the different parts as they become available. That’s what I did. Bc I was fearful if I waited for the entire couch to become available it would prolong it. So I received 2 pieces in early September, another 2 pieces at the end of October, and then the last piece first of November. Just a recommendation
I ordered mine in may 2021 as well. I just got mine yesterday so I expect anyone else who ordered it around that time to receive yours as well. It was a frustrating process as I did not receive any updates like everyone else. I had to go in and complain but they actually gave me a useful update. But since I got it, I have to say I love this couch. It is everything I remembered in store and more. All in all, couch is great, Ashley’s customer service sucks but that is to be expected.
I bought my 6 piece sectional with 1 ottoman. Took 3 months to receive it...totally worth the wait! I have 12 grandchildren from age 18 all the way down to two 7 month olds that lounge , jump and run all over it. Like you said, it fluffs up to its original look once I fluff it. I am about 99% convinced to get this couch, I almost bought it the second I sat on it but then I saw some pilling on the ottoman and was like 😟 imagining how it would eventually be on the actual couch. (Ottoman was staged as a coffee table) I may have missed it in the video but how long have you had it when you did this video? Also… have you tried any of the machines to remove pilling, or have you removed the cushion covers to wash yet? Super important to me to be able to wash them (obsessive habits haha) Thanks. I’ve had it almost a year (11 months) and have had some small pilling so I use throw blankets as well as my little pilling machine from Amazon (as I’m ocd about it being smooth lol). That helped a ton and it looks perfectly fine now. I know you can remove the covers but I haven’t tried to wash them yet (as we always use throw blankets) but I don’t see why it would be an issue. The pilling is terrible on mine. Also a piece of chewed gum was left on mine.😳 i am trying to figure out how to remove. It is pretty flimsy fabric in my opinion. It is comfy, but if you have several or more kids or grands… don’t don’t do it!!!

I ended up hating the upkeep and the pilling so much that I bought velvet couch covers for them off Amazon. I love my couch now. The fabric they use on this couch is so rough and unappealing. But honestly it's like a new couch now

That’s correct! I purchased in store so I’m assuming they have more options to purchase via the website. So you may have to go in to add the middle sections. ☺️

What sizes are your rugs? We are building a house and I found this couch on Ashley Furniture for months and love this configuration! We have a huge living room too, so this is exactly what I need and I don't like saggy , soppy couches. I honestly would never even consider the "real" cloud couch but this one is amazing!! Oh no! They’re both great couches and I did look at the Savesto but the configuration didn’t fit in my home. No drawbacks for me with either. If you love it just stick with it! They’ll both look awesome 🥰 hope this helps!

Oh my gosh so excited for you! I totally understand but the Savesto is gorgeous as well and very similar in style. And yes, I agree the rug is super expensive but it is so well made and classic in color so I feel like I’ll be able to keep it forever. Hello, I know I'm late to the video but I just found you during my research for a cloud couch dupe and was just wondering if you have feathers poking out of your couch? I haven’t because we don’t have kids or pets, but I totally think you could. My suggestion, try the little baby arm cushion/ pillow. That way if it gets hurt it isn’t anything noticeable. 😆

Omg yay!!! I did think at the store it was low but we have an extra thick mattress and topper so that helps. I believe you can also get a low profile box spring to put underneath the mattress to give it height. Hope this helps! ☺️

N surprisingly the had all the pieces except the ottomans in stock to be delivered in a few days ! Yaaay !! Now what I was wondering was if you had looked for maybe any slip covers that may fit it .. I’ve been looking and can’t find any 129 inches long ! N With two big dogs I’d feel better covering it with same color nice slipcovers for everyday use n uncover for company . Any thoughts ??
So happy I could help! That’s a great idea, but I can imagine it would be difficult to find a larger slip cover. What about wrapping the bottom cushions? That way you could use any material or fabric. You could also get a few slip covers and piece them together since each piece separates. I also personally just use really thin blankets in king size and that helps to avoid spills as well as any damage and then take off in the morning or when I have company. Hope this helps! 🤍🤍

I have it and I’ll be honest. It pills A LOT. But that’s normal for linen. Luckily, you can take the covers off and wash them with an enzyme detergent. It also stops pilling over time. An electric depiller helps. It definitely sounds crunchy. It kinda sounds like a hospital bed. It dents and looks all wonky and it reeeaaally bothers me. I’m considering restuffing it. I get stains out really easily. That’s great. Do it regret it? No. I didn’t have that many choices and was able to get a good deal on mine.
After having this couch for almost a year, would you still recommend it? I’m about to order it because it looks like everything I love. But I want to know how it’s holding up. I have three kiddos and need some reassurance lol
She has a more recent video with the couch update….but the answer is yes, she still recommends it…..and I’ve had mine since January 18th and love it….I lay on it everyday and it still looks good.
I def love it! I just recommend throw blankets to help preserve the fabric and of course help to reduce stains. I also got some Folex incase of spills. 😊

I got this couch after seeing your first video on it and I got mine sent to me wayy after your video was uploaded and mine looks NOTHING like yours anymore 😭😭 it’s so badly dented in all the seat cushions, the lint that’s stuck on the seat cushions are insaneeeeeee!! They’re everywhere just stuck to the cushion and lint rolling it just messed it up even more. I’m constantly trying to fluff them, the back cushions are still pretty good and easy to fix back up but the seats are like wrecked in such a little amount of time, it really devastated me. If you have any tips on wha to can do, please help
Oh no! Did you call customer service to see if they could replace cushions? Did you get the extended warranty? Doesn’t seem normal for a brand new couch to have lint and dents. I’m so sorry! 😩 I always use blankets on the bottom cushions to avoid any piling or rubbing from clothing. I hope this helps!

I also just purchased a couch shaver off Amazon today and going to try that and see if it works but definitely will be giving them a call! Great video! Thanks for your time! The peeling on the coach is normal. I purchased the cloud sectional in RH Outlet (only the base) and I ordered the brand new covers. The fabric stared peeling a little bit, no happy about that. The only reason that I got the RH couch was because, 1st- I got the base "on sale" 2nd- The sectional is very, very comfortable!!! BUT I was never crazy about the quality of the covers. So, I you got the dupe, be happy you save a lot of money!! ;)

Yes, peeling on fabric is normal whether it’s clothes or furniture (otherwise there would be no need for the fabric shaver. 🤷🏼♀️)….go to the Arhaus website and they actually post a statement regarding peeling and recommend the use of a fabric shaver with their sofas (and those sofas are very expensive).
I've been obsessing this sectional for monthssss and wish I read some critical reviews before purchasing. The sectional is only 2 months old and has fuz balls/ pilling. Second issue I have is that the sofa's cushion is constantly moving. It's sooo embarrassing when guest come over. The cushion is literally falling off the sofa from the moment you sit down. My guests have to literally have to get up and adjust the sofa. Basically the sofa looks like a hand me down even though I spent 2,500 after tax and warranty. I wish the sofa had a non slip system underneath the cushion. Will be purchasing some items from Amazon to fix these issues. I don't not recommend as an everyday use sectional.

No stupid questions! I like the look of layered for added texture and color. I also do this when the top carpet may not be quite big enough for the space. The layered effect helps this too. ☺️
I don't consider that much denting normal for a decent quality, high- priced couch. I consider denting of any amount to be unattractive. That's just me. I would prefer no pilling of the fabric. Couch looks great; it's what I'd like. 😋
Because she mentioned it, just like mentioning other things (she didn’t do a lint shaver demo nor did she do a Folex stain remover demo - it’s ok)…..you can always go into the store and do a crunch test.
The down insert plus the foam that I mentioned to me helped obscure the sound. I think it comes down to personal preference. Perhaps trying it at the store would help make a final decision? I hope this helps!
Comparatively speaking, it's affordable. This is a Dupe of Restoration Hardwares Cloud couch. Her configuration would likely cost 20K. For this particular configuration, this is probably the least expensive option for a cloud dupe with a feather fill.

hi! have you tried to wash the cushion covers? i have this couch & i know we aren’t supposed to wash them but i am very tempted because i do have pets! i just think it would be easier then shampooing the whole couch
I haven’t because we don’t have kids or pets, but I totally think you could. My suggestion, try the little baby arm cushion/ pillow. That way if it gets hurt it isn’t anything noticeable. 😆

Omg yay!!! I did think at the store it was low but we have an extra thick mattress and topper so that helps. I believe you can also get a low profile box spring to put underneath the mattress to give it height. Hope this helps! ☺️

Now what I was wondering was if you had looked for maybe any slip covers that may fit it .. I’ve been looking and can’t find any 129 inches long ! N With two big dogs I’d feel better covering it with same color nice slipcovers for everyday use n uncover for company .

So happy I could help! That’s a great idea, but I can imagine it would be difficult to find a larger slip cover. What about wrapping the bottom cushions? That way you could use any material or fabric. You could also get a few slip covers and piece them together since each piece separates. I also personally just use really thin blankets in king size and that helps to avoid spills as well as any damage and then take off in the morning or when I have company. Hope this helps! 🤍🤍

I have it and I’ll be honest.
It pills A LOT. But that’s normal for linen. Luckily, you can take the covers off and wash them with an enzyme detergent. It also stops pilling over time. An electric depiller helps.
It definitely sounds crunchy. It kinda sounds like a hospital bed.
It dents and looks all wonky and it reeeaaally bothers me. I’m considering restuffing it.
I get stains out really easily. That’s great.
Do it regret it? No. I didn’t have that many choices and was able to get a good deal on mine.

She has a more recent video with the couch update….but the answer is yes, she still recommends it…..and I’ve had mine since January 18th and love it….I lay on it everyday and it still looks good.
I def love it! I just recommend throw blankets to help preserve the fabric and of course help to reduce stains. I also got some Folex incase of spills. 😊

I got this couch after seeing your first video on it and I got mine sent to me wayy after your video was uploaded and mine looks NOTHING like yours anymore 😭😭 it’s so badly dented in all the seat cushions, the lint that’s stuck on the seat cushions are insaneeeeeee!! They’re everywhere just stuck to the cushion and lint rolling it just messed it up even more. I’m constantly trying to fluff them, the back cushions are still pretty good and easy to fix back up but the seats are like wrecked in such a little amount of time, it really devastated me. If you have any tips on wha to can do, please help
Oh no! Did you call customer service to see if they could replace cushions? Did you get the extended warranty? Doesn’t seem normal for a brand new couch to have lint and dents. I’m so sorry! 😩 I always use blankets on the bottom cushions to avoid any piling or rubbing from clothing. I hope this helps!
@@AshleyKKollections I have the extended warranty but I didn’t bother calling them cause they said wear and tear isn’t a part of the protection plan? 😭 and I’m assuming this is considered “wear and tear” but I should call them being that it’s still new and this has been happening starting the very first month we received it. I also just purchased a couch shaver off Amazon today and going to try that and see if it works but definitely will be giving them a call! Great video! Thanks for your time! The peeling on the coach is normal. I purchased the cloud sectional in RH Outlet (only the base) and I ordered the brand new covers. The fabric stared peeling a little bit, no happy about that. The only reason that I got the RH couch was because, 1st- I got the base "on sale" 2nd- The sectional is very, very comfortable!!! BUT I was never crazy about the quality of the covers. So, I you got the dupe, be happy you save a lot of money!! ;)

Yes, peeling on fabric is normal whether it’s clothes or furniture (otherwise there would be no need for the fabric shaver. 🤷🏼♀️)….go to the Arhaus website and they actually post a statement regarding peeling and recommend the use of a fabric shaver with their sofas (and those sofas are very expensive).

I've been obsessing this sectional for monthssss and wish I read some critical reviews before purchasing. The sectional is only 2 months old and has fuz balls/ pilling. Second issue I have is that the sofa's cushion is constantly moving. It's sooo embarrassing when guest come over. The cushion is literally falling off the sofa from the moment you sit down. My guests have to literally have to get up and adjust the sofa. Basically the sofa looks like a hand me down even though I spent 2,500 after tax and warranty. I wish the sofa had a non slip system underneath the cushion. Will be purchasing some items from Amazon to fix these issues. I don't not recommend as an everyday use sectional.

No stupid questions! I like the look of layered for added texture and color. I also do this when the top carpet may not be quite big enough for the space. The layered effect helps this too. ☺️

You didn’t talk about whether it was crunchy or not. How does it sound when you sit on it? I hate that crunch sound. The Nixon was way too crunchy.
The down insert plus the foam that I mentioned to me helped obscure the sound. I think it comes down to personal preference. Perhaps trying it at the store would help make a final decision? I hope this helps!
The crunch goes away after about two weeks.

First of all a couch that cost over $3000 is NOT affordable for most people so reality check
YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT people can afford/or are willing to pay for!!!
Comparatively speaking, it's affordable. This is a Dupe of Restoration Hardwares Cloud couch. Her configuration would likely cost 20K. For this particular configuration, this is probably the least expensive option for a cloud dupe with a feather fill.
Then you and “most people” need to look elsewhere…..just that simple.
