I have the same model and I work the HELL OUT OF IT and the guy's right those handa motors are strong. The only thing I've learned is you better mix your paint well. If using water base paint not to much but acetone paint I cut and strain you cant have any chunks or your pump will get clogged. I've learned the hard way but now that I know I mix everything well before painting. So you don't have any down time
Anyone have any tips on how to clean the lines through with water without having to use a spray tip? Every time I try to spray without a tip I lose pressure immediately
Yes there's a significant difference the 850 has a small pump would be best for a few small lots a year this rig is more for a gas station or grocery store lot every week as long as it doesn't have double lines that you need to do that would require a different rig from this
When I was painting today with my linelazer 3400 the striped line was getting large and then small and large and then small could you maybe give me some kind of lying as to what to do
@@charlienatera467 If you mean you changed from a 25 foot to a 5 foot, that's your problem. The piston pump machines use the hose itself to smooth pressure spikes by flexing, and less hose means less flex! Put your old hose back on, and you'll be fine.
It's a honda gx, it'll run forever if you keep the valves lashed correctly(adjust every hundred hours or so) and keep up on the oil changes. And these pumps are easy enough to repack/reseal when needed.
Wow the guy reviewing this is awesome!!! Probably the best review on something I’ve seen ever
I use the same model to stripe roads in my town

So I'm guessing there's a big difference between this model and the Titan 850 ?

Sounds like pressure is inconsistent I would thoroughly clean. It including the filter if the issue still happens consider repacking the fluid section
@@PittsburghSprayEquipmentCo thank yu
@@PittsburghSprayEquipmentCo I failed to mention the sprayer had a 25ft hose and I put a 5ft hose
@@charlienatera467 still probably needs cleaned and or repacked if that doesnt so it may be the pressure sensor but that's less likely

Top machine.
Is this machine suitable for oil based traffic paint ?
Hi Roy yes it can use oil based paint or water based
Is it measured in running hours or kilometers???
More than likely hours, I'd be shocked if it measured in distance.
