Shih-tzu's will do this with treats...its their way of trying to be sneaky...its funnier then heck. I use to play "See who gets it first" with my shih-tzu,he would do exactly what this dog does...too funny.
We also have a Shih Tzi. Her name is Coco. She is 7 years old and she does that same funny walk. We think she is doing it. Because she thinks her water in her bowl is alive. We laugh watch ing her going to drink some water. Susan From Connecticut
