@@TeriAnnTagget I don't know why it took me so long to find you as you are so relatable. I too train regularly, work full time, my partner and i have just relaunched our you tube channel and I've opened an etsy store. Meal prep on Sunday is also key to getting through the week.
From the main Canva page, top right corner where it says 'create a design', you can search for default sizes such as A4 or US Letter, alternatively you can enter custom dimensions depending on what you are creating. If I'm creating a printable I'll usually create both US Letter & A4 sizes, these are the most universal paper sizes so that way I am not limiting who can use them or risk having people have issues with printing if it's not the right size.
