Love this! I became a kpop fan during the 2nd gen. 2ne1 was my ult but GG comes close and I'm just in awe of Orange Caramel and their concept. Anyways. love the XG-2ne1 connection. 2ne1 definitely weren't the first group to go the girl crush route but they definitely were one of the most successful ones so much so that they've become the template. They have some of the most legendary live performances too.
In Catallena, the "Jutti Meri oy oy oy, Paula Mera oy oy oy" is a sample from a Punjabi song! Such a cool sample to include in a K-Pop song. The melody as well is sampled. There is a video by badrhara called "Jutti Meri" that has the full song. Orange Caramel were so innovative and quirky. Really miss their influence in the K-Pop scene.
We'll have him mention his music background in more of our videos! But as a general summary, he doesn't produce his own music per say, but he was a percussionist in marching/symphonic bands since he was little and played piano. So he has experience making his own lines of music! :3 -Lilith💕

Orange Caramel is one of my favorite groups. I like their songs Aing, Magic Girl, Milk Shake, One Love, Funny Hunny, and Shanghai Romance.
