I love both but I’m planning on getting sisterlocks even though the prices are insane to get them done
I feel you! Stick to your gut! The price can be a lot up front but then it comes down to $100-150 for reties every other month, depending on how long in between your loctician let’s you go

Do you get really bad frizz with sister locs? I have regular locs. And my frizz was so bad
Personally I did not have an issue with frizz but everyone’s hair is different

With micro locs on relaxed hair is it best to use extensions or not
I personally would stay away from extensions due to it possibly damaging your hair
So just two string twist it with out the extensions is better for starting your micro locs?
That's with your hair being relaxed even if it's been like 3 to 4 months since you have relaxed your hair
Sure, many microlocks are started with two strand twists without needing to use extensions.
The new growth will begin to lock but the relaxed hair won’t. So you’ll have to eventually cut off the relaxed hair
