SA Ramsar - Blesbokspruit

Blesbokspruit is the only Ramsar wetland in the Gauteng province of South Africa. Inside its boundaries is the Marievale Bird Sanctuary with more than 200 bird species recorded. A wide variety of birds can be seen in the pans and the grasslands next to the pans.This is a very popular destination for birders and photographers in Gauteng.
