Depends on the class being played and the CC being used. Having fear on a weapon practically trivializes stalkers. It prevents them from hounding you and it also opens a window to delete them before they re-stealth. Also having a high end headset definitely helps to pin point the exact angle of engagement. I will admit if you're just using TV audio they are extremely oppressive.

I have actually warmed up to the SMRT OS overclock for the LOK-1. It makes for a more run-and-gun playstyle, which I appreciate. The other two big OC's (Exe and ECR) both feel like they play similarly. Paired with RJ250, the build feels really fluid, and a solid choice. Still debating between Blowthrough/Dmg at max locks, or Electricity/Dmg with electric or fire.
If your gonna go with the electric bullets then you’ll need to have more lock-ons gear mod, since the faster the lock-ons the faster the fire rate you wont have enough time to get three lock ons to a bug to electric them, so the slower the lock-on time the more lock-ons you’ll have before it fires but that doesn’t mean it’s still not good, i’ve used it before and it holds against the hoard I like using Blowthrough/Dmg with missons that are cave complexity 1-2 sice there smaller letting the bugs be forced to stay together letting blowthrough do most of the work damaging the bugs, and Electricity/Dmg fire or electric on open maps so I can aim at higher value targets while using RJ250 to maneuver around the caves
@@FangDRSH from what I heard, when you have Smrt os, you only need two locks to get electricity. So if you focus on one enemy it's guaranteed slow, electric, and more damage even without the more locks. Maybe you can test it? But your reasoning makes sense! I'll have to give those a try on small vs large levels. Thanks!
Ah yes, my favorite, legend 7 engi who never heard nor used the repellent, does not have the damage on his turrets, does not bring any actual single target focused build into elimination mission. Cryocannon whis no cold radiance + temp shock is just funny btw. Outside of funny comments, jokes and images this video is a skill issue advertisement.

Stalkers on haz 5+ are just insane. Basically all the modifiers buff them in big ways other than more bugs.
