You can't max the settings out for Atomiswave and Naomi games. They seem to be more demanding and I've had issues when using texture upscaling etc for some games.
Even after setting things up correctly, the emulator often can’t see the content, forcing me to uninstall the app, and reinstall. I want to like this app but it’s too buggy for my taste, and the UI is very convoluted. Hopefully and update comes out soon to fix these issues.
Flycast works for me but suffers from "overscan" on my TV, meaning the edges of the image (and menu text) are cropped/cut off. Is there a way to fix that? It doesn't happen with Retroarch (or normal games either). Also, is there a way to change the save location to your USB stick the way you can with Retroarch?

I got Maze of the Kings up and running on Flycast and it seems to run fine, but I can't get the controls to work besides the start button and the crosshair won't show up. How do you get the aim functions and trigger/reload buttons to work properly with an Xbox controller?
Could you try seeing if the PrBoom (doom), TyrQuake (quake 1) or vitaQuake 2 (quake 2) core works on the xbox series? I can't find any information anywhere if these retroarch cores would work
Can you check Jet Grind Radio, I've tried it on both Retroarch Flycast and standalone but there is heavy shadow flickering/corruption almost everywhere which makes it barely playable which sucks. I've even installed the latest versions but still same problem. I've tried changing all the different settings
Is there anyway to change the save file folder to the usb hard drive? That way if needed I can use that hard drive on both my Xboxes and continue the same save also allows me to put the save on PC or mobile. If I wanna play the game mobile on laptop or Phone.

Seems like there is a control bug , pushing up on analog while pressing B will make forward motion stop , you can notice it on Unreal Tournament , UT needs to be set to VGA or it will freeze BTW

in retail mode it refuses to look in my usb subfolders and keeps trying to look for the bios in an internal place on the xbox that i can't access and not in my usb, so bios doesnt work. I am also missing the folder from my local folder when i try to ftp

Were you ever able to figure out the overscan issue? I have the same problem
I figured it out, if you have a 4k tv, make sure that you have your resolution set to 1440 and it should fit the screen.

With sudden takedowns it's been harder to get your hands on Flycast. I wish i got it while it was still around.

Probably isn't supported in the Xbox version
Does switching the cable type from TV Composite to either RGB or VGA do anything? I can't seem to see any difference.
No it really doesn't matter outside of a few game compatibility issues.

Is there a way to export your save games. Retroarch and XBSX2 allow you to have save games on an external drive. Doesn’t appear to be an option here.
This is needed. Maybe in an update? I can't imagine losing all my saves. So I'm really not playing Dreamcast because of this issue.

Place it in the q drive with Durango then. You can find the folder it goes in during the HD texture packs part of the video.

I had the same problem. Until I change my sd filesystem to NTFS and adde the security add-ons, shown in the retroarch install guide.
Any help with 2k sports games such as nfl 2k or ncaa 2k having massive stuttering since moving over to dev mode?

Do u know how to enable OpenGL instead Direct3D?,some games like Dynamite Cop have graphics issues even if you have the correct BIOS.
You can't on Xbox it's a D3D console.
Try changing the cable to VGA

I don't cover Naomi. Slap its BIOS in with the DC one and you should be fine
