Really enjoyed this vlog Julie, I love the characters you are making. I think of my stash as money in the bank as there may come a time when I don't have the spare cash to purchase lovely yarn etc. (carry on putting it under your bed) 😂The yarn shop you visited looked lovely it's such a shame there isn't more on our high street like that. Looking forward to see what you make next.........🥰 X
That’s a great way of looking at our stash . I’m going to use that 🙂It really is such a shame the small shops are closing . I’m going to try and visit more and get some footage to show everyone xx
Hi Julie, I've just come across your channel and I'm loving it. I love all your crochet friends....and your doggy. I'm from the Wirral and I've been knitting hats, scarves and gloves for the children's Christmas shoe boxes. I knitted one sock and found it a real challenge but I've decided I'm going to attempt to knit the other sock when I've finished with the shoe box knits. I've loved your videos and it's just as if I'm in the same room as you. Please keep the videos coming, they are much appreciated, Diane xxx
Awww Diane what a lovely message . Stick with the socks , it’s totally worth it . The dogs usually make an appearance somewhere .i will keep the videos just to keep myself accountable xx
I always use a 2.5 hook and a dk cotton . So my hook is a lot smaller than the yarn recommends but it doesn’t leave gaps and holes when you stuff your make .
Hi Julie. Nice to see you. Like you, I've fallen down the amigurumi rabbit hole. I've put the finishing touches on a mouse today. I'm going to put it on Instagram shortly. I've been enjoying crochet in general and have improved massively. On the audio book front. Do you use borrow box. It's a library app that does audio and e books. You can borrow 10 of each and are able to reserve books. X
Hi Angela , I’m really enjoying amigurumi too at the moment . I can’t wait to see your mouse , I’ll keep a look out . Iv not heard of borrow books I’ll have a look into it . I can easily get through 4 or 5 books a month . Thanks for that x

I sat and finished the toes on a pair of socks while watching you. The yarn was from Temu. I thought I would try them. The socks will go to the Marie Curie socks for Christmas. Now to sort out Chrstmas knitting for July x
